La playa vigilada está a sólo unos pasos! Salir del patio y en la playa.
Esta unidad de lujo de gran tamaño cuenta con dos suites principales, ambas con terrazas y televisión por cable. Bien mantenido con muchas mejoras, incluyendo pisos y baños nuevos. Todas las comodidades, como aire acondicionado central, wifi, un gran patio pavimentado con sombrilla y mesa, sillones, además de 3 terrazas frente al mar y una cocina totalmente equipada con lavaplatos, máquina de hielo y eliminación de basura. Tiene su propio garaje completo, parrilla grande de acero inoxidable, ducha privada al aire libre y lavadora / secadora.

Un corto paseo a la calle 63 le trae a un gran parque infantil, pistas de tenis, parque de patinaje, y muchos restaurantes y puntos de venta como Acme, CVS, pizza, arcade, una tienda de licores y bar.

Our stay

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great - on the beach and easy access to town and restaurants. The house was very spacious with plenty of seating. Our only frustration was insufficient cleaning products and dishwashing soaps..

The views of the beach and ocean, the openness of the space, close walk to groceries, the back gate literally opens to the beach path. Doesn’t get better than this.

Outstanding Location and Property

Steps to the beach, a great view and a great property. Home was clean and set up nicely for a week for the full family. Communication with the owner was as good as it gets. You'll love this property.

Perfect Location

We stayed with some older family members who are slower getting around, so this location was perfect because you walk out the back gate right on to the beach. Beautiful way to start your day watching the sunrise over the waves from the balcony. Great location lets you walk to the supermarket/drugstore/pizza shop only a few blocks away.

Great Stay

Everything was as described. The house was well furnished. The location and view were so good. Hoping to return next year. PS Be sure to go black sea bass fishing on the Starfish Deep Sea Fishing. It was recommended by owner and was a great experience.

Peaceful and spacious

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during spring break in April. The location was quiet and directly on the beach. We felt like it was a huge private beach this time of year. Temps in the 60’s were perfect for us! The house had plenty of room for our party of six adults and four kids ages teen to four years old. It truly was perfect. We didn’t mind cleaning up on our last day as we would want to leave it clean anyway. It’s just common courtesy. Jakob was very quick to respond to questions and check in was a breeze. We hope to return!

5 stars for the view - 2 for everything else

The house is in dire need of an upgrade. The track on the main floor sliding glass door was corroded and very hard to open. The lock was so corroded that it didn't work. Stains on the carpeting throughout. There is a crack on the large front burner on the glass top stove, the under-counter lights were rusted and one didn't work at all, the vertical blinds were filthy, mattress pads were stained. On the plus side, the kitchen was well equipped.

Great Spot!

The property is right next to beach access. You are very close, short walk or drive to stores and restaurants yet in an area where less day travelers find the beach in front of the house. We had an amazing week with our family down the shore!

Can't beat the location

Location of this property is 5 Star. On the beach, so out the gate and up the dune and you are there, the views are amazing, especially the upper level bedroom. Close to grocery store, liquor store and park. Property was clean, but could used a good thorough cleaning. Would definitely rent here again!

Great Location

Great place right on the water. fantastic beach views. Top bedroom is a hike to get to from the ground. Access to the beach is right from the decks. Had everything we needed.

Great beachfront house for small family

The 6701 South house was a great size for our family of 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 8-15). The views and access to the beach were great. Bedrooms were of good size and space. Kitchen and dining area were very spacious. The only negatives were the parking spaces and loud main floor air conditioning vent. Parking was extremely tight with the neighbors having 4+ cars parked along their house and others having bikes in the driveway. The AC unit for the main floor and top floor was very loud. Could not really hear from other room into the kitchen while running. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend for a small family.

Great place on the beach

Stayed at this house multiple times and always pleased. Fabulous location right on the beach. Easy communication with the owner, responds quickly to any messages. Looking forward to our next stay.

Girls Getaway

Spacious property with such incredible views! Lots of stairs but every step is worth what’s waiting on every balcony level or just sitting in the living room looking out at the ocean! We enjoyed a glass of wine sitting outside at the table in the evening and having coffee in the morning. The beach is just steps away from the house. Shopping close by as well and lots of restaurants. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back! 10 stars for the incredible view.

friend gathering!

forty years of friendship celebrated in this perfectly located ocean front house. worked out great for us. great spacious living and outdoor space. we had a great time. the only issue was fully grown adults in twin size bunk beds! live and learn - nothing you can do about that! we had a great stay!

We had been vacationing at the Jersey Shore for generations and bought this home for its easy access to activities, restaurants and retail, while being in a less crowded, more family-friendly end of town than downtown. Our home is the perfect spot for families; a quick walk to everything from take-out to fine dining, convenience stores to surf shops, basketball to playgrounds.

The open layout with multiple decks with sun or shaded to enjoy the views plus a private fenced in patio with guarded beach access steps away is the perfect place to bring your family together.

You can't get closer to the beach! Beach access is out the front patio gate (other beachfronts require walking out the back door, a few houses down to beach access)This home is extra large so ten people have plenty of space.
