Entire townhouse hosted by Katie

Beautiful 2nd floor duplex located 2.5 short blocks from the beach.
Parking for 2 cars in the driveway and open street parking.
Fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen, wifi, central air conditioning.
One well trained dog is permitted to join you on your stay.
All summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
Just bring your sheets, towels, and beach chairs.
Rental includes 6 beach tags.
We have 2 outdoor security cameras, 1 at the top of the steps and 1 on the front porch.

There is an outside shower to rinse off after the beach.
Sit outside on the spacious front deck for happy hour and enjoy outdoor seating for dinner with a gas bbq grill on the deck.
Other things to note
Off season rentals can be accommodated for less than 7 days.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was so cute and cozy, with everything we needed for a beach getaway. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, yet still peaceful and comfortable. Honestly, we have nothing to complain about and would happily stay here again!

Weekend getaway

We had a great President’s day weekend! The place was clean, comfortable and beyond spacious an amazing beach house. Lola our mini golden doodle had the best time being included. Katie was a great host from the confirmation till the check out and has put a lot of attention to the details in the property. I can’t wait to visit again in the summer or fall when I can find availability,!

Amazing, convenient, clean shore stay!

This place has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Large kitchen and living room, huge balcony to enjoy hanging out in the evening, plenty of beds. We didn't use it, but the office is amazing if you need to remote work (docking station with dual monitors, tv and mini-fridge in the room). TVs in every room and the A/C was great. Katie, our host, was SUPER-responsive to any questions or comments. Totally recommended and definitely will stay again if we can. A+++

Great week in Sea Isle

We had a great stay at Katie’s place. When we arrived we noticed the cleaners had not been there. Katie was on it immediately and cleaners came within an hour. Katie is a wonderful Vrbo host. Although it is one floor, this house is much larger than it seems. Neighbors below own there property but were very friendly which always makes things easier. Would def. return to this lovely home!!

Fantastic All Around!

I can't say enough about this property. The pictures are amazing but still don't do it justice. It's deceiving from the outside! My family and I, along with our puppy, spent a long Memorial Day weekend here. The location is perfect! Close enough to walk to everything but far enough away from the hustle & Bustle and noise. Katie was quick to respond and reached out to make sure we were enjoying the stay. The bedrooms are so spacious and the beds super comfy. The extra office space is really a second living room! Came in really handy when our family wanted to spread out. So many little extras were much appreciated and saved us from running to the store. Even provided some extra dog supplies! We love our stay and will definitely be renting again.
