Actualización de mayo de 2019: se ha agregado una nueva mesa y silla de balcón para el disfrute de nuestros huéspedes.

La cocina tiene encimeras de granito y está equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. Además de los electrodomésticos normales de la cocina, encontrará una tostadora, cafetera, microondas, utensilios de cocina, ollas, sartenes, vajilla y mucho más. En el comedor encontrará una hermosa mesa con capacidad para seis personas cómodamente. También encontrará taburetes alrededor del mostrador para aún más asientos.

La sala de estar ha sido bellamente amueblada con un sofá cama, sillones, mesas, lámparas, ventilador de techo y una gran televisión de pantalla plana y un DVD para el entretenimiento.

Desde la sala de estar, la puerta corrediza se abre a un balcón de gran tamaño con impresionantes vistas del Golfo de México. Muebles de patio se proporciona para cenar o relajarse. Este es un gran lugar para ver puestas de sol o amaneceres. ¡También, un lugar fabuloso para reunirse y jugar juegos de mesa con la familia! Si no estás descansando en la playa, ¡entonces querrás estar en este balcón!

La suite principal está equipada con una cama king size, ropa de cama cómoda y un televisor de pantalla plana. El baño principal tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha y una gran encimera. La puerta corrediza se abre al balcón donde puede ver la playa o escuchar los sutiles sonidos de las olas rompiendo en la orilla.

El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas matrimoniales, ropa de cama cómoda y un televisor de pantalla plana.

June 2025 Stay

Everything was great, view, cleanliness, accessibility to beach. Response from property maintenance was prompt and efficient when the air-conditioning stopped working. Only downfall would be the beds are not that comfortable, but that alone would not stop me from visiting again. Definitely an A1 place to stay!!

Great location and great condo for an off season long weekend. Weather was great. We especially enjoyed the balcony and convenience of the chair service. Greta’s management co was responsive when we had a question.

Nice get away

Overall it was great! Had a bit of a wait time for the elevators and getting our luggage in and out wasn’t very easy.

Escape the snow

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in 1802 at Ocean Reef for 5 weeks. We have stayed in this condo for the last 4 years. Great location great facility but the condo needs updating. If we return next year we will change condos. Greta management was great to work with and will rent from them again.

Another great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented now from Gretas’s rentals five or six times over the years. Whenever we have had an issue during the stay they are very quick to respond. Our master bed mattress was less then comfortable this last stay, I reached out and they were quick to respond however weren’t able to switch out the mattress during our stay. So I can’t give a five star rating. Also, the indoor pool had worms all over the walls. I realize this is more of an issue with the building rather then the condo itself but it was disappointing since the weather was cold and the kids would have liked the indoor pool.

After many great stays in this condo, this is the first complaint we have received on it. We've made the condo owner aware of it. As for the pool, we wish you had called us. The sidewalls of the pool had a substance that the association cleaned right off. It was not worms. The association is installing a new dehumidification system for the indoor pool area next week. We had a guest to use the indoor pool this past weekend who said it was extremely clean and enjoyable. We encourage our guests to just reach out to us when there is an issue. Most times we can take care of it. We wish you wonderful future beach vacations and hope you had a wonderful time and will stay with us again on your next beach vacation! We love our repeat guests! Great Getaway with terrible elevators

This is our second year staying at one of Greta's properties, and we were excited to. We love the balcony overlooking the coastline, the room easily sleeps 5-6 people and comes with everything you need to feel like home. The pools and sauna were very nice as well as the access to the beach directly. The only issues we had were dust allergies so a deeper clean would be helpful, and the elevator was a problem. We got there with only 2 out of 3 working and were down to only one for all 163 units during the busy Memorial Day weekend. We were one of the groups of people that were stuck in elevator number 2 and ended up having to call the Fire Service to be rescued. While there, we looked at the Service Certificate and it said the elevator certificate expired in August of 2024! Several of the ladies in there including one of the people I was traveling with experienced claustrophobia and terror after the incident. Tenants who had been there before said the same thing happened last year. We love the condo itself, and the property amenities, but elevators that aren't serviced and break down trapping people (we weren't the only ones last weekend) are unacceptable.

We love PCB!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thank you for a wonderful home away from home! We chose to stay in the exact same condo as the last time we were there in 2022 and it was just as fun. The only thing negative thing I would say and negative is harsh, but I felt like the bathrooms could have been cleaner. The toilets had black stuff all where the water comes out and you saw it every time you flushed. I took the brush to both toilets and it came right off. Also the under side of the toilet seats were not clean and there was dirt and hair in the corners of the bathrooms. Other than that, the cleanliness was great. I do wish the furniture in the living room was a little more comfortable, you can tell the blue couch has been around for awhile. These are minor things that will not keep us away though, just providing honest feedback.

Love Ocean Reef

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy our time at Ocean Reef. It's our 3rd year staying in the same place and condo. I was a tad disappointed in the cleanliness. One shower had no drain cover so you could see all the hair just stuck from previous people and the other shower had so much gunk in the drains that we didn't use it due to the tub filling up ankle deep due to clog and it was gross. The floor was quite dirty, our bare feet were black day 1. We found a pair of underwear and socks from a previous stay under the bed. Under the beds and furniture, it is just sitting dust so like I said we love the place, but the cleanliness and shower situation wasn't great. I hope they get it taken care of. I left a similar review last year so here's hoping this reaches someone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was very clean (that is very important to me). The location of Ocean Reef can't be beat. It's only a mile or so from Pier Park. The balcony is huge and had loungers and a table with chairs. The mattresses could use some updating. Besides that, I think it was great! It seemed to be well maintained.

Loved the beach, wish the condo rental would have let us know about the construction it was very loud 😒 AC didn't go below 70 wish it did but that's more of a personal preference.
