Let me start by saying that the Phoenix Gulf Shores ll is a beautiful property. Our condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The front desk staff was wonderful and the check-in process was easy. Unfortunately, there was a water problem the entire stay the water would go on and off periodically throughout the time that we were there. Often it went out from several hours at one point during our stay we received a call from the front desk, asking us not to use one of the bathrooms in our condo for a few hours. Apparently there was a leak in another condo and our bathroom usage was affecting that. After a couple hours, I called the front desk and they told me would be another couple hours. We had four people staying in that room needing to shower. When the water was functional, it would cut out every 1015 minutes for several seconds at a time. Honestly, despite how nice the condo was, the water issue was a game changer. We had nine adults staying in the condo and not having water at crucial times made it very difficult. We cook a lot so clean up became a problem. Having towels for nine people to shower also became a problem. Several people had to hang back from going to the beach two mornings that we were there because someone needed to stay and clean up the kitchen, but there was no water.
