The abundant wildlife is very familiar to humans but always remember, they are wild. It is never a good idea to approach or feed them.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the storage closet. A unique random-access code for the electronic door lock(s) will be provided with in 24 hours or your check in time.
We provide a starter supply of household essentials to get you comfortably settled in. This includes dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, laundry pods or sheets, and bath products (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash).
You’ll also find basic kitchen staples such as salt, pepper, tea, coffee, creamer, hot chocolate, and K-cups. These are provided in amounts intended to last about two to three days, depending on usage; guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed for the rest of their stay.
For linens, we provide towels, washcloths, and hand towels for each guest, along with sheets, pillowcases, comforters, and/or blankets for each bed. For longer stays or heavier use, guests can refresh everything using the in-home washer and dryer. Please avoid overfilling the washing machine so the spin cycle works properly, and the drum is not damaged.
The Neighborhood:
Larkspur Lookout is located within the peaceful and expansive Suncadia Resort. This area is known for its incredible outdoor activities including golfing, kayaking, hiking, biking, cross country skiing, with trails starting right outside your door. Two golf courses, a spa, a winery, parks with playgrounds, ice skating, and tubing, axe throwing, archery, pickle ball, basketball and tennis courts, and more are just a few minutes' drive away, while the historic towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum offer delicious dining experiences.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended for getting around Suncadia, Roslyn and Cle Elum.
The home includes parking for four cars - one in garage and three in the driveway.
Please note: no street parking is permitted.

Pre-arrival form and ID verification requested upon booking confirmation.
Non-refundable Credit Card Processing Fee: In the event of a cancellation, a 4% credit card processing fee (charged by the payment processor) is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant and only monitors the level of decibels and number of devices. It does not record or listen to any personal conversation or information. * Suncadia policies prohibit all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.
