Welcome to your coastal sanctuary at Bethany Bay Resort! Our fully-updated 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom condo (1,919 sq ft) on the top floor offers serene bay and wetland views—perfect for your next family or friends getaway! Each bedroom has its own bath and there are comfortable spaces to relax together. Our condo is two levels with stairs to the second level (no elevator). You will have sunrise views from the screened-in back porch of Indian River Bay and White's Creek with sunset views from the front porch. You are about 5 miles to Bethany Beach.

Resort-Living at Your Doorstep: Vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and an open living/dining area highlight panoramic views of the bay and lush wetlands. We have a fully equipped eat-in kitchen as well as a dining table, both with seating for 6.

Room for Everyone: Featuring four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, spacious enough to comfortably host multi-generational families or groups of friends.

We also provide at least 2 beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrellas, floats, and pool noodles for your use. There are also a ton of games and puzzles for more family fun.

Bethany Bay is a vibrant resort-style community with a large pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis, pickleball, basketball & volleyball courts, playground, fishing pier, kayak launch into White's Creek, and a 9- hole golf course (for additional fee) —everything you need for an unforgettable coastal vacation.

You will have access to scenic walking trails through 400+ acres of forested land and ample opportunities throughout the resort to spot local wildlife like shore birds and deer.

Beach Access & Nearby Attractions:

Only a short 5 mile drive to the Bethany Boardwalk and pristine shores of Bethany Beach, offering sun-soaked days, beachside dining, and boutique shopping. Owners will provide an extensive area Guide including things to do in the area and restaurant recommendations. There are several state parks close by, which offer trails and an alternative to parking in the town of Bethany Beach.
