Palm Palace:
Welcome to Palm Palace, a charming coastal retreat tucked in the heart of Port Aransas. Pull up to your getaway and be greeted by a welcoming front porch that sets the scene of relaxation for your stay.

Spanning two spacious levels, Palm Palace features three bedrooms and two living spaces designed for comfort and connection for up to 8 guests. The main floor includes a cozy lounge area, a bunk room with two twin bunks, a full bathroom, and direct access to the pool. Upstairs, you’ll find an open-concept living and dining space with a fully equipped kitchen, plus a king suite with a private bathroom, a queen bedroom with its own ensuite, and an additional guest half bath. Thoughtful amenities like a washer and dryer and ample parking offer the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and laid-back coastal luxury.

Rock N Reel:
Welcome to Rock N Reel, a stylish coastal retreat located in the coveted Las Palmeras community. With three bedrooms—including two king suites and a bunk room—plus a sleeper sofa, this home comfortably hosts up to 10 guests.

The main level features a king bedroom suite with a private bathroom and direct access to a private back patio, ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Upstairs, an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room invite guests to gather, while the sunset-view balcony offers glimpses of the palm-lined community and pool. This floor also includes a second king suite with a private bathroom, a third bedroom with twin-over-twin bunks, and an additional full bathroom. With in-home laundry, on-site parking, and a welcoming front patio, Rock N Reel delivers a laid-back yet luxurious stay.

Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.

- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay's approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- These homes have access to a community pool.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home.

Parking Details:
- Palm Palace: 3 parking spots are available (2 in the driveway, 1 in the garage). Golf cart parking is allowed. No boat parking allowed.
- Rock N Reel: 2 parking spots are available in the driveway. Golf cart parking is permitted in the breezeway/entryway.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
