Stylish Waterfront Villa - Jolly Harbour North Finger
Welcome to Turtle Villa – Villa 416E, a stylish two-bedroom waterfront retreat located on the sought-after North Finger of Jolly Harbour. Just a short five-minute walk to Jolly Harbour’s stunning North Beach, known for its soft white sand and calm turquoise waters.
This two-storey villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and Caribbean charm.
On the ground level, you’ll find a private parking space at the front of the villa. Step inside to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, cookware, and all essentials for at-home dining. A tucked-away washer and dryer is located off the kitchen for added convenience. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the open-plan dining and living area, featuring seating for four and a modern, thoughtfully designed lounge space with a large flat-screen TV and cable channels.
Sliding glass doors lead you out to the waterfront patio and deck – perfect for outdoor living. Enjoy alfresco dining for four, a barbecue grill, cushioned lounge seating, and two sun loungers for relaxing by the water’s edge while catching sun sun in the daytime.
Upstairs, the spacious master suite boasts a king-size bed, a beautifully renovated en suite bathroom, and a private balcony with seating to take in the harbour breeze.
The second bedroom offers a double bed and its own en suite bathroom, ideal for families or couples traveling together.
The entire villa is fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in the bedrooms for added comfort.
The Jolly Harbour complex also offers a wide range of amenities including a large supermarket, restaurants, bars, and a sports complex with a swimming pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts.
We've added self-check-in info which you receive within 3 days of travel and will also send you directly a video walk-through of the property along with the key box code to access the villa keys, to make your check-in smooth and effortless.
We are available throughout your stay should you have any problems or have any questions whatsoever. We can also assist in arranging excursions, car hire etc...
We've both been on Antigua for over 25 years, you will find us quite knowledgeable and resourceful.
Languages: English and French spoken, Spanish and Italian understood.
There will be a Tourism Levy Tax at a cost is $5us/ night per person (over the age of 5). We will advise you in your inquiry on the total cost including fees, and add it to Vrbo after confirmation.
There is a welcome binder in the property which you should read on arrival to help you get familiarized with the surrounding, info on the property along with house rules and things to note.
UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.
EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge, close to arrival.
LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.
