Welcome to your mountain escape in gated Penn Estates, just minutes from ski slopes, waterfalls, and charming East Stroudsburg. This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is packed with family-friendly features—from a private movie theater/game room to a sunroom full of games, plus outdoor amenities for every season.

The house was clean and conveniently located near the mountain, which we appreciated. However, there were several inaccuracies in the listing that made our stay more challenging than expected.The bedroom setup was misrepresented. The listing stated two king beds and five queens, but there was actually one king, four queens, and one full. The floor layout was also different than described. For a group coordinating sleeping arrangements, this was a significant issue.The “fireplace” listed is actually an outdoor fire pit — there is no working indoor fireplace. The hot tub was unusable due to excessive chlorine and brown suds, and there was not enough cutlery for our group (the home is listed to accommodate 12), so we were constantly washing silverware.The gated community entry system caused long car lines and delays. Additionally, the pet fee structure was confusing and we were initially overcharged, which required follow-up to resolve. While the host did offer a 150 refund, it did not fully reflect the impact of the listing inaccuracies and unusable amenities.We recommend the listing be updated to accurately reflect the layout and amenities so future guests can plan accordingly.

It’s great place, in a great location. Reason I gave 3 stars because the room with queen size bed are very small, one of the room didn't have any closet. Another reason is first floor is only one room which game room, with laundry closet and bathroom. Everything else is in 2nd level where there is stairs to claim up the stairs. I had a child who was in wheelchair and it was hard to bring him food and everything from 2nd floor to ground floor. The stairs are very small, not enough stair space, other than that everything was fine. The manager Zoey she is very helpful, and very kind. So if you have anyone in wheelchair, this place is not for you!!

Just a short drive away, you’ll find Camelback Resort, Kalahari, Mount Airy Casino, hiking in Delaware Water Gap, outlet shopping, wineries, and great restaurants. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, this area truly has something for everyone.
