Welcome to Brushy Mountain Lodge - your private, design-forward retreat in the Pocono woods. Built for families and groups to relax, play, and reconnect, this professionally designed 5-bedroom lodge sleeps 12 and blends a cozy mountain feel with a moody, modern style.

Mornings start slow with coffee on the patio as the woods wake up around you. Spend your days in the hot tub or barrel sauna, grilling outside, or watching the kids explore the playground and open yard.

Inside, a full entertainment zone awaits: arcades, pool table, foosball, air hockey, and a theater room ready for movie nights. At sunset, the patio and fire pit become the gathering spot for stories, stargazing, and late-night laughs.

Coming late May, the experience gets even better - a HEATED IN-GROUND POOL is being added, creating a new space to splash, lounge, and enjoy the outdoors together.

With its cozy lodge feel, thoughtful design, and room to gather, Brushy Mountain Lodge is where families reconnect, friends unwind, and weekends turn into traditions.

***Pool installation is currently underway. You may notice some construction during your stay, but we’ve discounted rates while we complete this exciting upgrade.
** The pool construction will be off to the side of the property, so the fenced in area directly behind the house will not be affected. You will have full access to the backyard, hot tub, sauna and swingset.

→Kitchen: fully stocked with everything you need to make a family dinner, including a dishwasher, oven, stop top and microwave
→Coffee Bar: for coffee lovers! Has ground coffee for making drip, k-cups, tea, hot chocolate and a french press.
→Dining Room: large table with lots of seating, open floor plan into the living room and Kitchen
→Living Room: lots of super comfy seating and a 65" TV
→Huge Den Area: sit by the gas fireplace, play records or guitar, relax in front of the 75" TV, play cards at the poker table, lots of boards games too
→Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed with a workstation desk and dresser
→Half Bath: for taking breaks and a morning refresher

→Bedroom 2: the king master bedroom with ensuite full bathroom and jacuzzi. Has an additional twin bed, a 65" smart tv and large walk in closet.
→Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed with a closet and dresser
→Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed with a closet and dresser
→Bedroom 5: Kids mega bunk room with custom slide, (2)-twin over full bunks, gaming area with Nintendo switch and Xbox, reading nook, climbing wall, two hidden additional play areas and walk in closet

→A rental agreement must be signed along with submitting a $500 pre-stay hold and photo ID IN ORDER TO KEEP YOUR RESERVATION (this is all mandated by HOA regulations).

→Upon booking we will send you a message to complete electronically the rental agreement. Three days prior to check in you will receive another message to submit a copy of your ID and submit the pre-stay hold. All of the above must be submitted no later than 72 hours prior to your check in time to avoid full cancellation of the reservation.

→Community quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

☀Other things to note:
→You must be at least 25 years old or older to make the reservation and personally occupy the property for the entire rental period. Please message us for considerations.

→We do not accept reservations if a majority of the group is under the age of 25, proms, party's or 3rd party reservations.

→Parents or other individuals are not permitted to reserve the house on behalf of another person or group.

→If you have declined travel insurance it is highly suggested you buy your own through a third-party. We cannot refund due to weather, illness or other travel related situations.

→We are Pet friendly and allow three dogs maximum per stay, the fee is $100 per dog, per stay.

→No more than 8 cars allowed per reservation.

→Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.

→Please be aware that during a burn ban, no open flames are permitted, including propane fire pits and tables. We appreciate your help in keeping the community safe by following this restriction
