Drug use is prohibited and a $1,500 fine will be fixed if done on the property.
Smoking is prohibited inside the condo. If done so, a fine will be given for the extra cleaning services.
Check-out time is 11am. A fine of $100 per additional hour guest stays after check-out time will be given.
Stained bed linens. A fee of $65 will be charged to the guest if our cleaners cannot get them clean.
Guests are liable for damage, theft, or loss beyond normal wear. Costs not covered by insurance must be paid in full by the guest.
