Spacious 4-bedroom house with WiFi, AC in enjoyable Carlsbad --Walk to the Beach
Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 4-bedroom house in Carlsbad, only a 7-8 minute walk to the best beaches. This terrific property features 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. With 3 bathrooms equipped with showers and bathtubs, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you're looking to soak up the sun on the nearby beaches or enjoy the local attractions, this adorable house is the ideal home base for your getaway. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and full separate bathroom. It also has a deck to the outside and a sitting area with couch, lounge chair, and large TV. The Twin bedroom and Queen Bedroom have a private full bathroom. The bedroom on the first floor (which is also furnished as an office) has a full bathroom next to it. This bedroom has a high-tech queen bed that comes out of the closet and automatically inflates with a platform beneath the mattress -- so it is just like a regular bed.
You can walk to the Beach. It's about a 7 minute walk. The community pool and hot tub are 7 houses away, no streets to cross, and we never hear any noise from the pool. Also, the San Diego Coaster Train station is a 5 minute walk. It will get you downtown San Diego in about 20 minutes.
There is a large shopping center about 5 minute walk away with major Ralph's grocery store, lots of restaurants and other shopping. There is a Costco 5 minutes away and many other restaurants and beaches a short drive -- maybe 10 minutes away. For those familiar with Carlsbad, this house is "west of the 5".
Our house rents fast because it is the lowest priced fully furnished rental in our neighborhood. Because of a cancellation, September 2025 and October 2025 are available.
We have two offices for you to work at home. This is our second home, not an "investor property." We stay here ourselves often. Most of our rentals are repeats every year! The house is kept in perfect condition.

Because you can easily walk to the beach (about 7-8 minutes). There is also a major shopping center a few blocks away that has a large Ralph's (Kroger) grocery store, lots of shops, and restaurants.
