Welcome to paradise at Estero Cove #362. This beautiful updated condo sits south on the island on the bayside with the Gulf of Mexico just a short walk across the street.. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.
This sixth-floor condo is designed with an open-concept layout and accommodates up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen provides plenty of counter space to prepare your meals. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table that seats 4 or outdoor on the screened-in balcony with a view.
The living area has a wall mounted flat screen TV and a stylish sofa. The master en-suite bedroom offers a king-size bed, private balcony access, and a walk-in shower in the bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, with a second full bathroom offering a combination tub and shower, and for your added convenience there is a stackable washer and dryer in the unit.
Estero Cove offers guests resort style amenities: a large picnic area, tennis courts; a private heated pool, and large sundeck with lounge chairs. So, put your sunscreen on and bring your towel and soak up some sunshine. There is a dedicated beach access across the street to make it easy for you to get to the beautiful white sandy beach and gorgeous blue water. Just down the street you will find Santini Plaza, there are a few shops for you to enjoy as well as a liquor store, ice cream store, Ace Hardware and a tourist shop, during season they also have a farmers market a couple times a week. For your convenience there is a CVS within walking distance from the condo.
