Welcome to Joels Lane, a newly completed designer home just blocks from the heart of Sag Harbor Village. This five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom retreat spans over 3,700 square feet across three levels and was recently featured in Architectural Digest for its refined interiors and custom furnishings. At the center of the home is a light-filled great room with soaring ceilings, which flows into a cozy den, a formal living room with fireplace, and a chef’s kitchen with premium appliances and a spacious center island. The adjacent dining room features generous seating and a marble wet bar with sink, ideal for hosting.



The main-level primary suite includes a spa-style bathroom with soaking tub, double vanities, and a walk-in closet. Upstairs, there is one ensuite guest bedroom along with two additional guest rooms that share a full bathroom. The finished lower level offers a private movie theater, game room with a ping pong table, home gym, sauna, full bathroom, and a fifth bedroom. A lounge with sleeper sofa adds flexible space for guests or a home office setup.



Outdoors, enjoy the heated saltwater gunite pool with automatic cover, pool bath with kitchenette, and a spacious patio and lawn for lounging or dining under the sun. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $150 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
