Impresionante casa frente al mar de 4 dormitorios con piscina, muelle y acres de tierra

El hogar es la casa de nuestros sueños. Usamos la propiedad durante todo el año, y se ha convertido en nuestro "lugar feliz". La casa está en el agua con un hermoso muelle. Tenemos una piscina de gunite y un jacuzzi en nuestra terraza. La piscina está rodeada por barandas alrededor de la casa y el patio para niños, ya que tenemos tres pequeños corriendo todo el tiempo, y el patio es inmenso. Hay más de un acre de tierra, y ya sea jugando a la pelota, practicando yoga o organizando, el hogar es perfecto. La casa está diseñada con un ambiente de cabaña de playa, y sabemos que el estilo y el entorno es algo de lo que estará orgulloso si alquila. La terraza al aire libre es donde comemos todas las noches durante el verano, y vivirás afuera en nuestras sillas Adirondack. Encantado de responder cualquier pregunta, y creo que las fotos hablarán por sí mismas.

Perfect Sag Harbor Beach Home

We were absolutely in love! Gorgeous property, great location and such a charming house. The owner was very communicative and helpful. We brought our three young children and the property was completely fenced and they had a blast! Would definitely stay there again.

Peaceful and relaxing

I stayed with my 3 teenage/young adult kids. The paddle boards, kayaks, hammock, pool and hot tub made the trip super entertaining and relaxing.... no need to leave the property other than fun shopping and eating in town. Loved the freshly harvested muscles on the grill too!

Noyac Waterfront

We spent a week at the Noyac Rd house. The house and pool are gorgeous. The highlight is the waterfront access with an dock in the backyard on a cove. For anybody who wants to kayak, stand up paddle board or fish without packing the car and driving to a launch point, the location is ideal. The home owner was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Lovely Sag Harbor property

At our Noyack retreat. located on a beautiful property overlooking the bay, our family fully enjoyed all the amenities--and I mean all of them: the heated pool, the hot tub, the dock, the motor boat, the TV, the pool deck, the outside dining deck, the bedroom balcony with an expansive view of the bay, the fenced in lawn, the space and privacy afforded by four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the nearby, gorgeous beaches (a quick drive away) and the delightfully easy, short walk to the center of Sag Habor, with its terrific restaurants, bookstores, grocery markets, art galleries and other shops.

Charming waterfront sag home!

We loved the big deck for several meals. The backyard has nice grass areas for the kids and comfortable lounge chairs for the adults. The kitchen is right off the deck for easy outdoor entertaining. Sonos system is connected inside and out. The interior is tastefully decorated with a big comfy couch. Love the house and will be going back again soon! Owners were very easy to coordinate with.

Beautiful home on the water in Sag Harbor

My wife and I have stayed at this property a number of times - both in the summer and winter months. Its conveniently located to downtown Sag Harbor - a couple minutes by car or a short walk. The home is beautifully appointed and updated. Step out onto the back deck and you're treated with views of a large backyard, pool, small nature preserve and the water. My wife and I enjoy ending the day with a walk to the end of the dock, glass of wine in hand, to view the sunset. On those chilly nights, there is a great fireplace in the living room. The owners of this property are a joy to deal with and make every effort to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Highly recommend for couples or families.

This home on Noyak is a dream! Gorgeous views, an acre of land, a clean pool, and a cozy interior.

We could not have asked for a more perfect home away from home for our weekend getaway. First of all, the location! The home is situated close to the main part of Sag Harbor town (a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk). We were on the bay, with a dock, and had access to all kinds of fun water toys (think kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and more!). The home is surrounded by beautiful greenery, large trees with hammocks nestled under the shade, and flowers. The pool is a relaxing gray-blue hue and can be heated if you go when the weather is chillier. The owners are so kind, easy to work with, and friendly. The deck wraps all around the back of the house and we enjoyed a lovely sunset cocktail hour and dinner out on the patio. The beach (We went to Peter's Pond) is a 15 minute drive away. There are 4 bedrooms, each with very comfortable beds and plenty of fluffy pillows and duvet covers. You have access to every amenity - washer/dryer, dishwasher, outside shower, fireplace. It does not get better. I highly recommend this home.

Idyllic home - perfect rental property for our vacation.

Perfectly situated home, set on the water with easy access to the charming town of Sag Harbor, there is no better rental for a quintessential south fork vacation! We loved easy beach decor, felt like home as soon as we walked in. The owners were so easy to work with. We look forward to our next stay!!!

Beautiful home in great location!

Had a great time staying at this beautiful home! Secluded along a quiet road, it is also close enough to town so that you don't feel totally remote. View is spectacular especially during sunsets on the dock. Home is well laid out, so you won't feel crowded even if every room is being used. Love going into Sag Harbor, however there were definitely days when we spent all day by the pool and then all night around the outdoor fire. Dream vacation home!

As good as it gets

I have had the opportunity on several occasions to book the Novak rd house. It’s everything you could want and more. Full of character and charm the home exemplifies the Hamptons lifestyle. From the whitewash wood floors to the wood burning fireplace to the library compete with classical American literature. We love the apple tree in the yard, the large open spaces and private setting. We used the pool often and there is a huge bbq perfect for summer afternoons. I won’t tell you exactly where my secret fishing spot is but directly off the dock there is great light tackle fishing, blue crabs and clams (best cooked over the bbq with a little hot sauce) Convieniently located within walking distance to town and there is also an amazing farmers market a few blocks down...try the home made jerky! The home is perfect any time of year, I can’t say enough, enjoy...I certainly did

Amazing home on the water - perfect for families and entertaining!

I have stayed at this home multiple times - and I absolutely love it. It's become one of my happy places. The property is a beautiful acre on the water with the most stunning sunset views from their dock. It's a dream location for a cozy winter weekend or for a summer getaway!

A Must-See in Sag Harbor--Waterfront Gem with Stunning Views

We were lucky to find this beautiful home in Sag Harbor. It's bright, airy, clean, and comfortable, and I cannot say enough about the views and outdoor space. The home is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. You will want to have all your meals on the deck overlooking the water. The sprawling yard is perfect for kids to run around in or for relaxing on the hammock or by the gunite pool. Great location and convenient to town and nearby beaches. This is a very special home and location and we have very happy memories of our time there.
