Summary:
This beach escape is located in North Myrtle Beach; you will enjoy being in a quiet area removed from larger crowds while still minutes away from everything the Grand Strand has to offer.

The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking spots. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, bikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: *Stairs required* 2nd floor. Self check-in with keypad.
Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.
Family room: Spacious area! Sleeper sofa. TV.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed.
Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Two twin beds.
Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.
Balcony: Spacious! Screened in.
Pool: The complex has a swimming pool. Subject to HOA operation schedule.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Private in-unit.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the complex.
Getting Around:
Easy access parking lot with 2 parking spaces. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
OTHER: There is a ring doorbell.
Pest control is the 3rd Monday of every month. Technician is required entry per HOA.

1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 6. No pets allowed.
Routine Pest Control happens every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
