Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The host was welcoming, the view was gorgeous. We spent a lot of time in the river behind the property and in the pool/hot tubs at the back of the property. I couldn't get the front hot tubs to get hot, but the back two worked great. The host should know that the washing machine doesn't work properly, it won't spin the water out of the clothing.

This property met our needs. Just a few minor things that could be improved upon. Fridge only had crushed ice from the door if you want cubes you have to open the door as the button is broken to change and the water dispenser is also broken. Next the bathtub was so slick I fell getting into it. No mat or safety anti slip on the floor. The trash can was also missing from the master bed/bathroom. The sink faucet in the master wobbles as it’s loose. The towel bar was loose and no towel rack for the hand towel. The kitchen faucet sprayer hangs and doesn’t retract as it should. Way less than a full bottle of lighter fluid since we brought our own charcoal. Also a cheese grater would be nice and the skillets are very scratched and potentially dangerous so should be replaced. The property is in a great location and the grounds are well kept along with the pool areas.

We stayed at the condo for 6 nights and it was great. The location is fantastic, walkable to Schlitterbahn, as well as TipTop and Rhea’s Ice Cream. It was clean and decently appointed in the kitchen, but we used the outdoor grills more than anything. The pools were clean and a nice respite from the river. Communication with property management was quick and seamless. We will definitely stay here again!
