We had a wonderful few days, the host was great, anything you might need was there! Communication was top notch. It was just the two of us, we should have brought the whole family, there were so many things that the kids and grandkids could have enjoyed. Every thing you see in the pictures are there for the kids enjoyment. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

The guest left all 10s on his review. They quickly messaged me and ask how 8/10 is showing up here. He even called vrbo and was on the phone with them for over 30 minutes trying to change this review to 10/10 and they would not allow it. They would allow him to delete it, which he did but it is still here. We thanked them for th above and beyond effort to remedy this problem. They are really good people.

The house was perfect! Beautiful home with lots of spaces to enjoy friends and family indoors and outdoors. The lake location is perfect for being on the water. The owners/host Steve and Lana were so easy to work with and had everything ready for our stay. We cannot wait for our next opportunity to host DECKED OUT. It was perfect!

Perfect weekend at the lake

Highly recommend! We loved our stay at "Decked Out" on the southern end of the Toledo Bend Reservoir. The cabin was beautifully decorated and so clean and comfortable. We got engaged on the huge deck overlooking the lake. We loved the kayaks and the pedal boat that allowed us to fish and sight see several times always to return home to cool off in the in deck tub. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful home with us!

My stay at this lake house was everything I hoped for and more. The space itself was warm, cozy, and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax the moment I arrived. It struck the perfect balance between comfort and style, with thoughtful touches throughout. Coming to Toledo Bend was a bucket list item I’ve wanted to cross off for years, and staying here made the experience even more special. What really set this place apart was the boat dock. Having the ability to tie up my bass boat right outside was incredibly convenient and made getting out on the water effortless. Whether I was heading out early in the morning to fish or just enjoying the lake views in the evening, the dock added so much to the experience. On top of all that, the owners went above and beyond to make my stay even better. Their care and attention made me feel truly welcomed and added an extra layer of comfort to the trip. Altogether, this lake house offered both the charm of a well-kept retreat and the practicality of lakeside living. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with easy access to the outdoors.

It's hard to think of something that would have made this stay better. Place has a lot of room, especially outside, and is well stocked for entertainment and cooking. Steve was exceptional at communicating and facilitating everything and provided a very nice welcome basket. Lots of towels and pots and pans. The decks are as advertised with multiple areas in which to relax, both shaded and in the sun.
