Lovely home with backyard oasis
We had a wonderful vacation at Steve’s property from March1-18, 2020 before we had to check out early due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Steve was responsive to our emails prior to our arrival. The check in process went smoothly. He and his partner even helped carry in suitcases and groceries! Throughout our stay, any issue that arose was dealt with in a timely fashion. The home is very spacious and well laid out. The kitchen was very functional. It had all of the amenities of home for cooking, BBQ ing and entertaining. The bedrooms were warm and inviting with comfortable beds. The outdoor space was beautiful. There was an abundance of patio furniture. There was space for both sun worshipers and for those who preferred shade. Both the pool and hot tub were relaxing. We enjoyed both patio gas fire pits on cooler evenings. On rainy days, the comfortable living room and gas fireplace were appreciated. We chose to make arrangements for heating the pool through the gas company which was an option that Steve had suggested which worked well and to our advantage. We would definitely stay here again. We are currently working through the VRBO COVID-19 Emergency Policy with Steve to negotiate a credit or refund for the 13 days that he is owing us. We are confident that we will be able to mutually agree upon a settlement.
