I’m Caroline, a teacher originally from Sydney, and I’ve called the beautiful Southern Highlands home for the past eight years. I love living here for the fresh air, the rolling green hills, and the peaceful walks that clear the mind and nourish the spirit. Sharing this place through hosting is such a joy, as I love welcoming guests to experience the calm and beauty of this special corner of the world.
I enjoy cooking in my beautiful kitchen, especially when using fresh local produce from nearby markets, and I believe that a well-prepared meal and a warm, comfortable home can bring people together in the best way. Travel is also a passion of mine, and I know how much a welcoming, well-thought-out space can make a trip memorable. It’s important to me that guests feel cared for and can slow down while enjoying the stunning surroundings, from bushwalks near Fitzroy Falls to exploring nearby villages.

I love the Southern Highlands for its simple, breathtaking beauty and its four distinct seasons that each bring their own charm. Autumn is my favourite, with the streets lined in glowing reds and golds as the trees change, making even a walk to the local café feel special. I also love how close we are to everything—just a short drive to Sydney for city visits and under an hour to the stunning South Coast beaches for a swim or a long walk by the sea. The area is rich with fresh local produce, excellent restaurants, and a welcoming creative community of artists and makers, adding a touch of culture and warmth to everyday life here. It truly is a place where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy the best of nature and good living.
