Located in the heart of vibrant DC, our residence is just minutes away from the city’s most prestigious culinary scene and bustling nightlife.
The main level is designed for both comfort and entertaining, featuring a spacious living room, a chef-ready kitchen, and a refined dining area.
The second floor is anchored by a serene primary suite with a king bed, a private en-suite bath, and a dedicated office ideal for focused work or longer stays.
The third floor offers a thoughtfully designed sleeping layout with a bedroom and an adjoining den, each furnished with a double bed and connected by a shared full bathroom—perfect for families or additional guests.
Crowning the home is a private rooftop terrace, furnished for elevated outdoor dining and lounging.
A dedicated off-street parking space with an EV charger is included with the home, offering rare convenience in the city.
Please note that the basement level is a completely separate rental unit.

Capital Bikeshare is the best way to get around! Public transit is also accessible. Monuments and museums are a short ride south, straight down North Capitol Street.

• No parties, pre-games, or events. Visitors are limited to one to two close friends or family members.
• DC Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Monday to Sunday. It`s the law!
• Speakers are prohibited from being used to play loud music at any time, including outdoors.
• Shoes are not permitted inside the house.
• Indoor smoking is prohibited; a fine of $300 per night will be imposed.
• Additional overnight guests beyond the reservation will incur a fee of $30 per person per night.
• Unauthorized late checkouts past 11:00 AM will incur a fee of $100 per extra hour to cover the cost of cleaning delay.
• Any mess left behind that requires a deep cleaning will result in a fee of $200 to cover the cost of additional cleaning.
