NO SMOKING OR VAPING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY! if smoking rule is violated guest will be fined $300. This includes smoking inside the house and or anywhere within the premise.
The property has cameras placed at backdoor and front door. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons and in the case of emergency, a break in, injury or guest disregarding maximum occupancy allowed and in no way infringes guest privacy in these public areas of the property.
Please keep noise level to a minimum and respect the quiet hours from 10pm-7am everyday. ABSOLUTELY no parties or gatherings allowed.
TRASH DAY IS TUESDAY may be noise disturbances.

Please throw all trash in main trash cans on check out day.
Put all dirty dishes in dishwasher on check out day no dishes to be left in the sink.
Dirty towels to be left in bathroom on check out day.
NO PETS ALLOWED THERE WILL BE A $600 FEE.
