We were there with a family of 11. Great location and there is everything you need in this condo.The only negative comments are that it took 4 days to have the AC fixed and if you have 2 cars, there's not always external parking if all the spos are taken.Would we recommend this place ? Yes absolutely !Would we go back? Yes we would!Thank you for everything, we had a wonderful week!

The location in Canmore was perfect for us to base all of our hiking expeditions from. We knew what we were getting into seeing that the property is near the train tracks, so we all came prepared with ear plugs in case we needed them. We had 12 adults and had enough beds for us all. Since we were gone most of the day, the amount of space was adequate for what we needed. A bed to sleep in, bathrooms to clean up and and refrigerator to build our daily lunches for our hikes. The only issue we ran into is the surface parking for the second car that a 4 bedroom condo is more than likely to have. There are only 12 surface spots for over probably 50 units to fight over, so it makes it really challenging to find parking once you come back from a long days hike. On our last night, someone parked in the assigned garage spot for our unit, which was very annoying. If the complex offered enough parking for everyone, it would make life a lot easier after a long day. We loved the sauna and used it nightly. We would definitely rent again if we make it back. Communication was fast and excellent! Thanks again for a memorable family vacation!

This place was a disappointment for us. When we first arrived, the check in codes sent to us beforehand were not the correct ones to enter the building so we had to wait around for 30 minutes before receiving new codes. Once I was able to enter the building, I discovered that neither elevator was working so we had to haul luggage and groceries for 6 adults and 5 children up two flights of stairs. Also the listing never specified that there is only 1 guaranteed parking space for the unit (which is supposed to sleep 13 people!) and you have to duke it out with all the units for the 11 visitor spots or street park 1/2 mile away. The place itself was clean and the beds were comfortable however all the furniture is cheap. I will say the view was great and the pool is the nicest thing about the whole building. Only one of the two elevators was working the whole time so it was very slow and very inefficient. Then the last night we were there, the air conditioning stopped working and the unit was at 80 degrees F all night. While the building is brand new, it clearly was not a quality build and was done as cheaply as possible. The host was responsive to our messages in a timely manner, however it was clear she was just a middle person and had to relay everything back to someone else before any actions could be taken which did delay rectifying our issues.

I was very disappointed in the property. When we arrived it was 81 degrees in the unit and the air conditioner was not working. I reported that to the host who said let's wait till morning and see how it is! It obviously doesn't fix itself, and contacted the host again, finally a repairman came the next afternoon. There were many issues with the complex. The first night there I was trapped in one of the elevators for 25 minutes. The doors wouldn't open and my family had to call the fire department. The garage code I was originally given didn't work, and I was given a different one by the host when I informed him. One day the garage door wouldn't open at all, no one could get in. I was told to park on the street, but to find parking on a street proved to be 1/2 mile away. The listing states parking available, however, you only get one guaranteed parking spot, otherwise there are a few "guest spots' available, which were always full. We were a party of 7 with 2 vehicles, so one was always on the street at a distance. This is a unit that claims it can sleep 13. There is no way renters will only have one vehicle when having a group of that size. The building was recently completed, this Spring, but what you don't know is it is an active construction site, with buildings being constructed on both sides of it. Be aware there are railroad tracks on the other side of the above ground parking lot. Had I known all of this, I would have chosen another property.

The holiday experience was not the property. Check in experience was poor, door codes were wrong, other vehicles were parking in our space, unexpected charges for parking, later reimbursed, drunk people swimming after midnight, furniture not properly assembled, building security was not fully functional with doors able to be opened without a pass.Host did there best to help facilitate the many shortfalls but in the end the property experience was poor.
