The receive the military discount you must provide a copy of your military ID. The credit card used to book needs to be in the name of the person in the military.
This Property is Pet (Dogs) Friendly. Read before booking!
We're happy to welcome dogs, but there are a few important guidelines to follow:
Advance Notice Required: You must notify the management company in advance if you plan to bring a dog. Please include your dog's breed, weight, and age. The Pet Fee will be added to your reservation. Bringing an unauthorized pet or failing to pay the required pet fee will result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee, immediate eviction, and forfeiture of all rental payments, as this is a breach of our Rental Contract.
Dog Size Limit: One or two (2) dogs allowed up to 75 pounds total.
Pet Fees:
1 dog
$225 minimum for any reservation up to 1 week
$399 minimum past 1 week up to per month
2 dogs
$325 minimum for any reservation up to 1 week
$499 minimum past 1 week up to per month
Not Permitted: No dogs under 12 months old, and all dogs must be housebroken, neutered, or spayed.
The following breeds (and any mixes thereof) are not allowed:
Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull (any mix), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog hybrid. We reserve the right to decline any dog for any reason.
Rules While On Property:
Dogs must be leashed and restrained at all times outside the unit.
Rules for dogs on Fort Myers Beach:
• Leash: Dogs must be on a non-retractable leash no longer than six feet.
• Control: Dogs must be kept under control and not allowed to disturb others.
• Cleanup: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and properly disposing of waste.
• Restricted Areas: Dogs are not allowed in Bowditch Point Park, Lynn Hall Memorial Park, and Crescent Beach Park.
Excessive barking will result in eviction of the dog, guests, and renters from the property.
