The space

The home Features a beautiful 4 bedrooms. It has been newly remodeled with the most top quality items. All bedrooms have comfortable beds to fit all your needs and the best thing about this place, you will not find one like it.



Pool & Spa Heating Policy:

Pool Heating: Available for $100 per night.

Spa Heating: Complimentary with your stay.



For stays of 28 days or longer, special rates and additional charges may apply. Please contact us for more details on long-term stay pricing.



Important Note: Please be aware that the pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously.



Long-Term Stays: Customized heating rates apply for extended stays; details will be provided upon request.



Long-Term Stay Policy (28 Days or More):



Security Deposit: A $2,000 security deposit is required for all reservations 28 days or longer. This will be collected separately before check-in. Once your booking is confirmed, we will reach out to coordinate and collect the security deposit payment.



Utilities: A $350 monthly utility allowance is included. Any utility costs exceeding this amount will be deducted from the security deposit, with copies of the utility bills provided for review.



Agreement: Guests must agree to these terms before booking is confirmed. Failure to comply with the security deposit and utility policy may result in cancellation of the reservation.



Mid-Stay Cleaning Policy

For stays longer than 28 days, mid-stay cleaning will be mandatory to maintain a high level of cleanliness. An additional cleaning fee will apply, which will vary based on the length of your stay. Mid-stay cleanings will be scheduled approximately every 12-15 days, and the details can be customized to suit your preferences.



Pet Policy

We warmly welcome your furry companions, but please note that only dogs are allowed. A $200 pet fee will be applied for 2 dogs, any additional dog would need approval from management company additional fee of $120+. Kindly ensure to clean up after your dog during your stay. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if waste is left in the yard.



Maintenance and Services During Your Stay

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience, the property will undergo landscaping and pool maintenance twice a week.



Additionally, trash collection is scheduled for Mondays. Please ensure that trash is placed outside for pickup by Monday morning. The trash company will handle both the rollout and return of the bins.



These services are provided to enhance the quality of your stay.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the county’s rules and regulations regarding noise at our vacation rental properties. Our neighbors have a strict expectation for peace and tranquility, and it is important to respect their needs, as they are full time residents. To maintain a harmonious environment, we kindly request that there be no music or excessive noise audible from the exterior of the home, regardless of the time of day. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in a fine of up to $1000 or more, and immediate eviction from the property by WanderLuxe Vacation Rentals, without any refund. These rules also extend to activities such as yelling, screaming, or any other behavior that may disturb others, particularly when enjoying the pool or engaging in outdoor play. We simply ask for your respect and consideration towards our neighborhood, so you can fully enjoy your time without any issues



We kindly request that you ensure to take all of your personal belongings with you upon checkout. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items that are left behind and subsequently lost, damaged, or stolen. To avoid any inconvenience or loss, we highly recommend thoroughly checking the property before your departure to ensure you have gathered all of your belongings. In the event that our roving security company alerts the management of potential over-occupancy of the home, guests may be subject to eviction without any refund.
