Kristel, originally from southwestern Pennsylvania, moved to Ohio to attend The Ohio State University. She’s now a local Realtor with a passion for design and service—always looking for ways to make spaces feel both beautiful and welcoming.
Shannon is an engineer who works for a company that manufactures seats for Honda. His problem-solving mindset and attention to detail perfectly complement our shared vision of restoring and preserving homes with character.
We’ve raised our two children right here in Westerville and have loved being part of such a vibrant, historic city with a strong sense of community. From the charming Uptown district to its beautiful parks and trails, we fell in love with Westerville—and we’re so excited to share it with you!
