Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, Lake Hartwell Villas offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation in a picturesque setting. The condo is located just minutes from Lake Hartwell, boat ramps, and nearby parks with free on-site parking directly in front of the unit for up to two vehicles. Secured, gated boat and RV parking is available for an additional fee. Most attractions—including High Falls Park, South Cove Park, and Clemson University—are just a short drive away. Downtown Westminster, Seneca, and grocery stores are all within 10-20 minutes by car. Central Air, but condo is two floors with one HVAC unit. It can get about 10 degrees warmer upstairs during the summer months in the South Carolina humidity and heat. Personal fans recommended.
