Unauthorized gatherings or events are not allowed and may result in immediate cancellation of your stay. • Wooded Setting: While you’re just minutes from town, the property backs up to a beautiful wooded area. Guests often spot deer, songbirds, and the occasional squirrel from the balcony. • No Smoking Indoors: Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and fresh for all future guests. Central Air, but condo is two floors with one HVAC unit. It can get about 10 degrees warmer upstairs during the summer months in the South Carolina humidity and heat. Personal fans recommended.

First off the place is very nice and is located in a beautiful location near the lake. I don't like giving negative reviews. It has great potential I just believe that whoever the owner is paying to clean and prep the place is dropping the ball. Upon arrival the place wasn't very clean. There were used to Clorox wipes laying all around and the rug hasn't been vacuumed. The listing showed that soap and shampoo would be provided and it wasn't. Luckily my son had brought some. There were no trash bags on the premise to throw our trash away. The bed in the master bedroom was horrible.
