Large (1400 sq ft) West Coast style vacation home with room for the whole family. This community has private access to 2 km of spectacular sandy Rathtrevor beach is a 5 minute walk from the cottage. Rathtrevor Provincial Park (347 hectares) backs on to the backyard (no fence, just look right into the trees). The park gives a feeling of peace and tranquility.
The cottage features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on two levels. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, in suite laundry. The living space has 9ft ceilings, cozy fireplace and patio with gas BBQ.
The main floor has a double down, single up bunk, 3 piece bathroom with in floor heating, and stand up shower. Master bedroom with queen bed is on the second floor, features a window seat, and patio overlooking the forest.
Master en-suite has a 4 piece bathroom (soaker tub, glass enclosed shower stall), and in floor heating. The second queen sized bedroom is also on the second floor and has 3 piece en-suite, again with in floor heating.This lovely unit is minutes from the beach and adjacent to the famous Rathrevor Provincial Park. Situated on Resort Drive there are also many amenities within walking distance.
Pets are not permitted at this property. One designated parking stall, other vehicles to park in visitor parking. Private fire pit on the beach for Tanglewood guests. Available when there are no fire bans.
Cancellation up to 30 days prior to your arrival are refunded, minus the booking fee. Final payment is charged to your card 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable for the full amount of your booking, minus the booking fee. We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the Property does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. These include, but not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, changes to Government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action. If the property is unable to provide the booking due to circumstances beyond their control, (examples include, but are not limited to, Forest Fires, Floods, Government Travel Advisories) then only future stay credits for the amount paid will be issued. No refunds will be given. Future stay credits may be used towards the booking of any property managed by Breakaway Vacations and has a 1 yr expiration date. Early departures will be responsible for each remaining night reserved. All rates quoted are in Canadian Dollars.
