Esta alegre propiedad ubicada en Southard Street cuenta con tres habitaciones, una en el primer nivel y dos en el segundo.
Hay una hermosa cocina, comedor y sala de estar que fluye a través de dos juegos de puertas francesas en la terraza trasera cubierta y bañera de hidromasaje.
El estacionamiento privado está muy bien ubicado en la parte trasera y está cubierto.
Hay un patio lateral con ladrillos perfecto para leer tranquilamente, o un juego de mazorca de maíz.
Las dos amplias habitaciones en el segundo piso comparten el baño y tienen el centro de lavandería cerca.
La comunidad Presidents Walk y Southard Court está ubicada en el Complejo Truman Annex, que se encuentra a 2 cuadras de la calle Duval y de todas las atracciones de Old Town Key West. Las propiedades también se encuentran a menos de una milla de una de las mejores playas de la isla.

Beautiful Home - Excellent Location

First time in Key West and so happy to have rented in Truman Annex. We were able to walk to museums, restaurants and other places of interest - no car or car service needed (other than trips to the Publix). Blue Lagoon was beautiful and well appointed. We were there for Christmas and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our traditional Christmas dinner and dessert (including cake pans, other baking dishes, and a mixer).I spent mornings on the beautiful back deck drinking coffee and reading while the rest of the family slept in. Highly recommend this property.

Great location for Beach and Duval street

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has everything you need and is close to the beach and Duval street making it the perfect location. Bedrooms and living spaces are large, giving everyone space to spread out. The cleaning staff will leave soap, detergent, spices and coffee from the previous renters if any is left over, which is really nice and makes life easier. My only complaint is that there are door codes but we weren't allow to use them and had to use a regular key, which meant we had to leave the door open a lot since 5 people could not share 2 sets of keys. The decor is not very "Key West-y," - I have all the neutral colors at home, wold have liked to see some more fun decor. Also the master bed is pretty hard, so I had some trouble sleeping.

Perfect location

This property was the perfect size and space for my family. Fresh and clean with a comfortable vibe! The only negative I will point out is that we only had one tiny disc of body soap per bathroom. In such a humid climate where multiple showers a day occur, extra soap would’ve been nice to have. Instead we had to buy our own on our last day of vacation. Other than that, a perfect stay and the location was ideal!

Other than that the place was very nice and clean. great location. one thing that would have been nice, would have been to have more toilet paper and hand soap on our arrival, so our first trip would not have been to the store. We understand the use and replace policy, but you could have started out with a few rolls and soap.

Perfect location! Perfect accommodations!

Beautifully decorated. Comfy beds for everyone. Very clean. Absolutely every item you might need was there. Tons of towels, beach towels, extra pillows and blankets, all the kitchen appliances, dishes you could need. Quiet clean and calm neighborhood. Super close walk or bike ride to Duval or Historic Seaport. The nicest Vrbo I have ever rented for a family of 6.

Beautiful home just like the pictures show. Convenient location to everything. Quiet, relaxing area with the quaint charm of the Key West vibe. Communication from Michelle at Compass Realty was top notch! She takes pride in making sure her guests are well informed before and during their stay. Week long friends getaway

Third time in Key West for myself and my wife. First for the other couple and fifth wheel friend. Staying here was great. We were not cramped at all (3 of us 6’ or greater) and we all really enjoyed the central location. Would stay again.

GREAT location

Great location, close to Hanks, Sloppy Joe's and Mallory Square. Compass Realty and Megan was VERY accommodating with the tropical storm that came it during our last day of our stay. Also with American Airlines canceling several flights. I'll fly Delta every chance I get from now on. I would definately stay here again.

Property was just as described. Location was perfect. Even had a nice welcome goodie basket with wine and snacks for us upon arrival. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Key West

Belated Spring Break

We enjoyed our trip and stay to Key West. We loved the Truman Annex property and especially our condo. It was updated, clean and everything was in order. Yes, we would recommend the Blue Lagoon condo unit.

Excellent property, great location

This property was clean and as advertised. Left info with property manager as to small extras that can be added to make this property over the top. They are forwarding to the owners. Very clean and would definitely stay here again.
