Another fantastic stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time at Ebb and Flo and we had another great stay. The house is perfect to have the family together and the location is quiet but within walking distance to Duval. Shana was great to communicate with and made everything incredibly easy for us! (And the four bikes were super convenient to have!)

Long stay at Ebb and Flow

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very centrally located and an easy walk or bike ride to anywhere in Key West. Nice newer model bikes were included in the rental which made it even easier. The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. There is an outside bar area with a TV and a beautiful heated pool.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First thing we had a Great Time.The cushion around the pool needs a little help, and it would be nice if the pool had a handrail to hold onto,The mid stay cleaning was a Joke, we had to provide the cleaners with cleaning products and paper products and we had to finish the laundry because they left after being there for 45 minutes, we were told they didn’t have time.

The pool cushions have been ordered prior to your arrival, sorry they didn't arrive in time for you to enjoy them. I am going through our records, it seems you didn't want the mid-stay clean but it is part of our contract with the owners to ensure their home stays pristine. The cleaners had a lot of linen to wash and dry, you were told they would come back to put it away but you preferred not being disturbed. The cleaning teams have their own cleaning products, we will look into this issue as it isn't acceptable they would use your supplies. We apologize on their behalf. We are thrilled you are staying with us again next year and look forward to welcoming you. Thank you for being our guest!

It was hard to be inside when the yard at this house is just a dream. The bar and table area has a fridge and ice maker- never needed to go inside! This house is very well appointed, close to Higgs beach, walking distance to everything, and has plenty of room for friends and family.

Reviewer Comments: Ebb & Flo is a very nice vacation rental and is located in an area in walking distance to many restaurants, etc. Unfortunately, the landscaper doesn’t come as often as noted on the sheet for guests in the rental. When he does come, he does a good job. The pool maintenance company does a great job! It would be nice if the bedrooms had access to Direct TV like is available in the family room and outside in the pool area.

The location could not be better. We did have a plumbing issue, but the property company handled it very quickly and very well, there was a plumber there quickly and he was, also great. The outdoor space is excellent, the pool is very nice, the bar and dining area are very useful. The rooms and bathrooms are all very nice, and the kitchen is very well outfitted. We were able to cook there with no issues. all in all a great house.

Paradise!

Our stay at Ebb and Flo on United street was just fabulous. The house was large, well appointed, clean and close to everything. The pool and outdoor area…like being in my version of paradise. We loved every minute of our stay and as our adult kids filtered in and out for short stays, each fell in love with the house and key west!

Wonderful property

Love this property. Great location, house very comfortable and very clean. Outdoor area beautiful with anything you would need. Property manager responses within minutes and very friendly.
