The space
The Ocotillo escape features a spacious and clean four-bedroom getaway perfect for families and groups. The home offers two comfortable bedrooms each with queen-size beds, a third bedroom that doubles as a game room with arcade games, and a cozy leather queen-size pull-out sofa. The fourth bedroom is large with a king-size bed. The Ocotillo escape includes ample privacy, a spacious kitchen ideal for cooking with all the essentials, and additional supplies. The escape features a large kitchen island, an open dining room, and an amazing custom bar. The living spaces are welcoming and ideal for relaxing. Outside, enjoy a private pool, hot tub. putting green, outdoor seating, oversized grill, in a quiet gated neighborhood. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Concerning Pool and Hot Tub

Using the pool unheated is complementary

Heating the pool is $50 a day. (Part day or all day is the same price)

Heating the Hot Tub is $50 a day (Part day or all day is the same price)

Heating the pool and the hot tub together is $100 a day (Part day or all day is the same price)

NOTE: You will need to message us to turn the pool or hot tub on it is done remotely.

These fees need to be paid in advance. If you do decide not to use the pool or hot tub heated the fees will be returned back to you.

CONCERNING PETS

We can be an accommodative for pets however you must inquire if you’re wanting to bring pets.
Pet friendly w/ $75 fee (+ fees & taxes, 2 pets max)
Cost will be increased 50.00 for cleaning services and must be paid in advance.

CAMERAS

Your safety matters. This property features two exterior security cameras.
Camera #1 is on the front of the house facing the driveway, and camera #2 is a ring camera on the front door facing the walkway.
The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. This is for the protection, of our guests.

SMOKING AND VAPING

This is a smoke free house. Some of our guests are allergic to smoke and the lingering effects of smoke so in order for us to accommodate more people, we need this to be a required feature.

We do not allow smoking or vaping inside or outside this property!
