Calling all who are starving for sun, fun & relaxation, you have found your Oasis in the Valley of the Sun! Your entire home is in beautiful Estrella Mountain Ranch located in Goodyear AZ, roughly 40 minutes from downtown Phoenix & Sky Harbor Intl Airport. Pet friendly w/ medium size dog crate & indoor kennel & other pet accessories for your use. Guests will have access to countless activities that you would get from a Caribbean style resort without the hefty price tag. 7 person spa & bikes on premises for your enjoyment. A level 2 - 40 AMP EV charger is available in the garage for your electric car charging needs (owner's car is stored in garage). You will have access to the following activities: 3 swimming pools that include a water park and lap pool, 2 gyms w/ various classes offered, water sports including kayaking, sailing & canoeing on North Lake, indoor & outdoor eating areas for gatherings and pool table. Access pass for activities is $5.00 per person per day or $15.00 per person per week vs homes that have high upcharges for pool heating and maintenance (Prior notice is needed to be added to our guest list). Your house is furnished from top to bottom with amenities that include but not limited to, fully equipped kitchen & bathrooms, 65” 4K Smart HDTV w/ sound bar & subwoofer, in the living room & a 55" 4K Smart HDTV w/ sound bar & subwoofer in master bedroom along w/ TV's and soundbars/ woofers in both guest bedrooms. Extra large capacity washer/dryer along w/ king & queen size memory foam mattresses. High output HVAC system will keep the temperature just the way you like it year round. Open floor concept & backyard that is nestled up against a mountain for privacy & no traffic noise will provide the outdoor atmosphere only the southwestern climate can offer. Backyard features Spa, KitchenAid Stainless steel propane BBQ, fire pit & patio furniture. Enjoy multiple restaurants & bars in Estrella minutes away w/ outdoor dining that includes the finest cuisine & libations. For those that want to hit the lynx, The Golf Club of Estrella features a Nicklaus Design course & offers a truly incredible Arizona golf experience! After a round of golf, hit the 19th hole at Players Grill & Patio offering stunning views & an amazing menu. Enjoy a romantic walk around miles & miles of pathways along both Estrella Lakes or an evening at the Star Tower minutes away. Outdoor sport courts for tennis, basketball, beach volleyball & pickleball are also available. Games & equipment that are provided with your stay but not limited to include, cornhole, ladder ball, horseshoe, volleyball, basketball, tennis rackets, pickleball & frisbees. Multiple playgrounds in the area including one at the end of the street. Estrella Mountain Regional Park located 10 minutes away offers miles & miles of hiking, mountain biking & horseback riding trails. Horseback riding is available through Coral West Horse Adventures. Lake Fishing & picnic areas are also available. Goodyear Ballparks which are 15 minutes away is the Spring Training home for the Cleveland Indians & Cincinnati Reds. Other MLB Spring Training facilities are located in nearby Surprise, Peoria & Glendale. If you’re an NBA or MLB fan, enjoy a Phoenix Suns or Diamondbacks game. NFL fans can take in an Arizona Cardinals game located in Westgate Entertainment District 30 minutes away in Glendale where bars, restaurants, shopping & entertainment are abundantly plentiful. Take in NASCAR racing just 20 minutes away at Phoenix Raceway. Nearby shopping is located within 5 minutes of your oasis for groceries, coffee, banking and take-out food. The kitchen was well stocked. The inside of the house was excellent. The trees outside were in full bloom and create a big mess which transferred into my car. I’m sure other times of the year are less of an issue.

Host has a great setup at the house with plenty of living supplies and things to stay busy with. Very thought out and accommodating and much appreciated. Host was very very communicative and checked in multiple times during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again if needed.
