This new home has two spacious bedrooms, each has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and closets. There also is a den/office, an ideal reading area. Full home AC, high-speed internet with WIFI, two flat screen TVs, washer/dryer, modern kitchen with island and complete sets of cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, pans and accessories.

This new home is only a short walk from the resort's 10 pickleball courts and 6 tennis courts, a huge resort style pool, state of the art fitness center, Tiki bar and community center. There is so much to do at the Beachwalk at Manasota Key resort, and you'll make friends easily.

The next best thing is that you are only a 5 minute drive from pristine beaches on Manasota Key, and only 10 minutes to restaurants, grocery store and shopping center. When you get back from exploring you'll pull into the large two car garage which has a door that opens directly into the house.

You'll love the light and airy feel of the house. It has an open format kitchen/dining/living room space that looks out through the large screened lanai to a pond that's full of life. On any given day you can expect to herons, egrets, ibis, osprey, storks, anhinga, ducks and more each day. Special bonus, the lanai has sunset views over the water - stunning!

Our home is equipped for both long or short stays, and we provide a detailed activity guide to make your holiday one to remember. Renters get full use of all resort facilities, along with resort gate pass, and keys to the house.

Yes and yes! The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a his and her walk in closet. The guest bedroom has a bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a standard closet

3) Can I use all the resort communities facilities when I rent this house?
YES! You will have access to the resort's huge pool, the fitness room and associated classes, the 10 pickleball courts, the 6 tennis courts, the 6 bocce courts, the High Tide tiki bar and firepits, and all of the scheduled activities

4) How close is the beach?
The beach at Manasota Key is only 2.5 miles from the resort! It's an easy drive down Manasota Beach Road. There is plenty of parking at the beach. It's a great place to watch sunsets. Venice town beach is only 20 minutes away, and is also outstanding.

5) What's the best time to vacation at this house?
The weather is very comfortable from November 1 to April 30. Those are the ideal times to vacation in the Engelwood-Venice area. During the shoulder season of May - July the days can be hot, however its a wonderful season for swimming in the ocean. August -October is the rainy season.

6) What is the minimum night stay?
