This NEW house has it all! Enjoy the best of resort living in this crisp waterfront home in the gated Beachwalk at Manasota Key resort community. From the house its only a 3 mile drive to pristine Manasota Key public beach!

This new fully furnished home has two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and closets. There also is a den/office with a sleeper couch, an ideal reading area or third bedroom.
Full home AC, high-speed internet with WIFI, two flat screen Smart TVs, washer/dryer, Open plan kitchen with island, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender and complete sets of cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, pans and accessories.
This new home is only a short walk from the resort's 10 pickleball courts and 6 tennis courts, a huge resort style pool, state of the art fitness center, High Tide Tiki bar and the community center. When you rent this house you'll have unlimited access to all of this! There is so much to do at the Beachwalk at Manasota Key resort, and you'll make friends easily.
Another reason to rent this home in the Beachwalk resort - you are only a 7 minute drive from Manasota Key public beach, with plenty of parking, and amazing sunsets.
This location is super convenient - only a 10 minute drive to restaurants, Publix grocery store, Target, Walmart and more. The historic town on Venice is 15 minutes north, and the cute downtown of Englewood is just 10 minutes to the south. When you get back from exploring you'll pull into the large two car garage which has a door that opens directly into the house.
You'll love the light and airy feel of the house. It has an open format kitchen/dining/living room space that looks out through the large screened lanai to a pond that's full of life. On any given day you can expect to herons, egrets, ibis, osprey, storks, anhinga, ducks and more each day. Special bonus, the lanai has sunset views over the water - stunning!
Our home is equipped for both long or short stays, and we provide a detailed activity guide to make your holiday one to remember. Renters get full use of all resort facilities, along with resort gate pass, and keys to the house.

YES! You will have access to the resort's huge pool, the fitness room and associated classes, the 10 pickleball courts, the 6 tennis courts, the 6 bocce courts, the High Tide tiki bar and firepits, and all of the scheduled activities

The beach at Manasota Key is only 3 miles from the house! It's an easy drive down Manasota Beach Road. There is plenty of parking at the beach. It's a great place to watch sunsets. Venice town beach is only 20 minutes away, and is also outstanding.
5) What's the best time to vacation at this house?
The weather is very comfortable from October to May. Those are the ideal times to vacation in the Engelwood-Venice area. June - September is the off-season, with lower night;y rental prices, a great time to visit!

Beachwalk at Manasota Key had the right type of active 55+ community we were looking for - with pickleball and bocce and a fitness center and pool. The Tiki Bar is a great place to have a cocktail and hang out.

It's a new waterfront home with a screened in lanai that runs along the entire length of the back of the house. It faces a pond that's full of birdlife, and we have sunset views over the water. We have an extra wide space between the home to the west of us, providing an added measure of privacy vs other homes
