Nice property in good condition. Kitchen has everything you should need and then some. Great washer dryer, bathrooms are spacious and have what you need. You do have to drive to everything- so be aware. That said most things are pretty close so not a big deal. Nice walking path and park across the street. BE aware steps open to the main floor and steps to the bedrooms- may be hard for some folks - not an issue for my group.

This was a lovely home for 4 women traveling together. It has a well-outfitted kitchen and an open common area that includes a balcony overlooking the river. We were very comfortable there.

This was the perfect place for a quiet girls weekend. The location was easy driving distance to everything. The entire place was clean and cozy, and we enjoyed the serene setting. We had many good chats on the peaceful decks! Will definitely recommend this stay and consider booking again.

The house was as listed. It was clean, nicely decorated, the kitchen was well stocked, it had nice additions (like throw blankets and a massage chair), and the location was good in relation to west Asheville and down town Asheville.

Gilded Age Girls Weekend in Asheville

The property was a great location for visiting Biltmore and the downtown area of Asheville. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed morning coffees on the deck! The area is quiet and was perfect for our weekend.

Great, clean place

We gathered..33 generations to celebrate my dil 40th birthday. The proximity to the river and Biltmore was perfect. We especially enjoyed the deck.

Great stay!

Loved this place! It was perfect for our girls trip and fit 7 girls great. We really loved the decks and location. Highly recommend. There was some trouble with the dishwasher that I tried to reach out to the host about. There is also a nail sticking out of the stairs that is quite painful to step on. Besides that perfect place- very clean!

Wonderful house, wonderful trip!

This house was perfect for a girl's trip. There were 7 of us, and we felt that there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean, had an easy check-in process, and was in a fantastic location! I highly recommend this property and would stay here again during my next visit to Asheville!

Great location for weekend stay

House was as advertised - clean and well kept. Enjoyed its location in visiting the River Arts district, Downtown Asheville and Biltmore. Easy to get to on your own or via Uber/Lyft. The greenway is nice if you like to walk or run. So many great restaurants to choose from that are easy to get to as well.

Fantastic long weekend

Great place, as advertised. Good location, very close to the Biltmore. Love the running trail along the river just outside our door! Enjoying coffee on the deck in the morning while watching the trail activity was a fun way to start the day. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Great Location

We were in town for a family wedding and the location was great for all our activities. Loved the walking/bike path along the river below the house. The house was clean but the lighting in the bathrooms could be better. Would recommend.

Lovely Rental

Great house, great proximity to all Asheville has to offer. Very clean and modern, with a great living room hangout space. The only drawback was having to carry luggage up a long set of stairs outside to get to the entry. All in all, though, a wonderful stay!
