The Space:
Welcome to your lakeside woodland retreat on the shores of Lake Anna! If you are looking for a beautifully updated, private home for your group, then you've found your spot. This property has been completely gutted, reworked, and renovated to the incredible property you see now, all new for 2025! Step inside and experience the stunning combination of rustic and modern for yourself. The kitchen is large, bright, and stocked with the essentials you need to cook for your family's lake vacation. Enjoy meals in the dining area together, or carry them down to the picnic area outside and soak in the view of the lake while dining in the fresh air. The living room has plenty of seating for movie nights, or you can head downstairs for a round of cards in the den. A bonus kitchenette with a full size fridge ensures plenty of space for all your snacks and drinks. There are 7 well appointed bedrooms in a variety of layouts, meeting every need of your group.

Outside, enjoy the private dock and access to the lake, where you can suntan, take a dip, cast a line in the water, or step back and breathe in the fresh air with a book in the shade. The cove off of the house is perfect for swimming, and you can tie your boat at the dock. You don't want to miss out on this house!

Guest Access:
Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

Lake Anna is one of the largest freshwater reservoirs in Virginia, conveniently located only a couple of hours from Washington DC, Richmond, and Charlottesville. The lake offers a range of activities from boating, fishing, and water sports, to restaurants and wineries for dining and relaxing.

Other Things to Note:
Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
