Welcome to Villa Gemma Lycia, a stunning Mediterranean villa with breathtaking sea views and unforgettable sunsets. The villa features five en-suite bedrooms, each with its own balcony or terrace overlooking the sea. Relax by the large private pool, enjoy the spacious terraces, and take in the fabulous views, the harbour and the boats. With three spacious living rooms and multiple outdoor spaces to unwind, this fully equipped luxury villa is a heaven for recharging and enjoying the beauty of the coast.
Changeover day:
From July to September, changeover day is always on Saturdays. During May, June, and October, the changeover day can be a bit more flexible, but it remains fixed on Saturdays in the peak summer months (July–September).
Passport requirements:
According to Turkish law, all guests staying in the villa are required to provide a copy of their passport. The passport copies must include details of the exact dates of each individual’s stay for registration in the official Turkish tourist system. Guests must send their passport copies well in advance of arrival, with an absolute minimum of 7 days before check-in.

The town's stunning natural beauty and the warmth of its people captured our hearts from the beginning—and that magic has only grown stronger over the years. Kalkan and the surrounding coastline are simply spectacular, offering not only breathtaking views but also a wealth of historic sites and exciting water activities. Most people who visit Kalkan once feel compelled to return, year after year. That’s exactly what happened to my family—and to so many others.

One of my favorite moments is watching the local tourist boats head out at 10 a.m. —a small ritual that never loses its charm.
