Esta hermosa casa de 6 dormitorios, 4 baños se encuentra a sólo 5 minutos de la I-4 y sólo 6 millas a la salida de Disney. Esta pequeña comunidad pacífica, se encuentra entre un entorno natural magnífico.
Esta casa de planta abierta está completamente equipada con muebles de lujo y está recién pintado. La planta principal tiene un comedor formal, una gran sala que se abre a la terraza de la piscina, un rincón de desayuno y una cocina grande. También hay dos dormitorios en la planta principal. La suite principal tiene una cama king size, televisión de pantalla plana y un baño completo, incluyendo una bañera de hidromasaje, una ducha y dos lavabos. La suite principal también conduce directamente a la cubierta de la piscina! La segunda habitación principal planta tiene una cama de matrimonio y una televisión de pantalla plana, con un baño situado en el pasillo.
Arriba, hay una sala de juegos con una mesa de billar y fooseball mesa. Hay 4 dormitorios más también. Tres habitaciones tienen dos camas individuales y televisores de pantalla plana. El dormitorio final tiene una cama de matrimonio y un televisor de pantalla plana. Hay 2 cuartos de baño completo de 3 piezas en el piso de arriba.
La terraza de la piscina es verdaderamente increíble con adoquines de ladrillo, grande sobre la piscina de tamaño y terraza con un lanai. Hay una piscina climatizada (costo extra) y spa. Sillas de salón y un conjunto de mesa de comedor proporcionan un montón de espacio y opciones de asientos.

Perfect Stay

Big beautiful house fully furnished with everything you need for your trip. The large pool was everyone's favorite with plenty of outside sitting space. The property manager Angie was very responsive everytime I had a question. The pictures of this property doesn't do any justice of what the home looks like.

Pool heat didnt work during stay. Host was easy to communicate with and sent out techs few times to address pool heat not working and breaker tripping for furnace/ac in house. Game room the pool sticks missing tips and foozeball no room to play. Suggest removing outdoors. 1 sink clogged. Most beds uncomfortable and need new mattresses. Stains on bedding. No bugs. Cleanliness not the best but not bad. Could use more attention to vaccume and dust. Found food in bedroom dresser at checkin. Location/area was great with quick access to food, stores, attractions. Overall house listing matched, just few minor updates to beds could be used and wish pool heat worked. Communication was good with host for any repairs needed and checkin process.

Thank you Michelle, we were able to resolve the issue with the pool heat not working. I have spoken to our operations people about the issue with the games room equipment as well as the issue with the AC/heating and they have been resolved as well. Regarding the mattress comfort, we have checked the mattresses and they seem to be in good condition, so it appears that this was a matter of personal taste. I have also spoken to our cleaning people in regard to the cleaning issues you identified. I appreciate you bringing those to our attention

My family and I loved this house! Nice pool, great location, big bathrooms, comfy beds. We were even able to use the washer and dryer. Property Managers were very responsive.

The villa was amazing the management were excellent with sat nav disney 20 to 30 mins loads of personal additions that made your villa feel like a home. close to shopping. would def stay again and reccomend this villa thank you for making our holiday amazing the nunnley family

The size of the house and the space for everyone was great. Everyone complained about their beds. My husband and I had the master downstairs and we could feel the mattress springs and the bed was concaved. The TVs in the house were small. The bedding on the beds were strange. The worst thing about the house was that the owners apparently had control over the nest and the first 2 nights were miserable, then Laura came and we thought she fixed it and then we had another hot night. I never like to leave negative reviews but I feel like there are some things that need to be addressed for future guest. Angie was absolutely amazing and very helpful.

Lots of room!

Big spacious house. Close to Disney! The beds were very hard and squeaky and it wasn’t the cleanest. If they replaced the beds and cleaned better it would be the perfect home!

The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and everything was accessible. We would definitely stay here again. One suggestion - Bigger TV in the family room. There were times we had to sit on the floor in front of the TV to see it.

Pros: Home layout is amazing and beautiful. Great location to many activities. Plenty of room for large families or group vacations.Cons: The pool filter didn't work on our first day. It was fixed immediately onces reported. Beds were not comfortable to sleep on. Dryer is old and also had something sticky inside that we needed to clean before using. There were stains on carpets in a cpl bedrooms. stcarpets

Home away from home

Don’t be fooled by the pictures, the house looks 10x better in person. I hope that they update the pictures. For the most part, my family had no complaints about the house, but we did wish that all of the TVs were decent size and I first aide kit was available however, the house was CLEAN beautiful floors, blankets, towels, a lot of dishes, more. Also, the person of contact Ms. Angie, was readily available to assist every-time I messaged her. Overall, We had a decent experience. We will be back!

Great Property

Great property. Gated entry. No bugs/insects inside. Heated pool was awesome. Had some cosmetic issues inside. Traffic into area and out was really bad in the mornings due to construction. Even traveling around the area was terrible (has nothing to do with property).

On a scale of 1-10 we give it a 6. Great size and for the most part it was clean. The beds were so so, some of them comfortable and others not so much. The game room needed some work, especially the cue sticks ( no tips)The main TV was very small and the pool and hot tub were not working.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay despite a couple of issues with the hot tub. We are sorry that the hot tub jets stopped working during your stay and we could not get them repaired until the day that you checked out. We were not aware that there was any issue with the cues for the pool table, we will most definitely take care of that issue right away.

The house was beautiful yet there were no extras!!!

For the amount of money that we paid for that house we had one towel apiece we had a piece of soap the size of a 1 by one Thin chocolate bar there were no shampoos no conditioners no liquid soap for the sink to clean dishes we had a very very thin role of paper towels. I am a VRBO host and I expected more. Also around the pool area is very dirty...grasses is sprouting all over. The house needs more large bowls and more utensils. For the amount of people that can stay there there wasn't enough supplies. Otherwise everything was good. Also make sure people know there could be raccoons around. Totally scared one of our guests. Thank you

Our homes are self catering, although we provide a small supply of toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, paper towel (if there was not much left on the roll in use, there was likely another roll somewhere in the kitchen), dishwasher soap and laundry soap. We will review the kitchen equipment concern noted in your review.

Not the worse, but not the best

The house was spacious. We had a hard time getting the key out of the box upon arrival. I called the property manager and she told me it was probably user error. I told her the code I had and she said it sounded right. I didn't realize I was sent a code change email months ago. I had to get off with her and go through all of my emails again then called her back to let her know I found a new code. I felt that she should have known that or at the least have been able to locate the code. It took us about 15 minutes to get in the house. I believe the living room furniture was different or set up differently. The master bedroom and "great room" had decent size tv's. All of the bedrooms had (maybe) 19" tv's. The pool table was worn, as well as the balls and sticks. All of us had a hard time sleeping because the beds were very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs in mine. I wouldn't consider the furnishings "upscale" as listed. They provide bare minimum with towels, washcloths and tissue, etc so pack your own or be prepared for a WalMart trip. Another disappointment was the "spa". The listing says the pool is heated at an additional cost, not the spa. (FYI: I learned upon arrival that the spa is only heated if you pay for pool heat so it is not a hot tub,) The pool deck was large, but we didn't use it much. The location was great for shopping and parks and it's a gated community. New mattresses would give this location a higher rating for me.

Our staff are aware of the codes, so I am not sure why you understood that she told you that you had the right code, she definitely would have given you the correct code if the one you were trying was wrong. We will review the state of the beds and discuss with the owner, although the beds are really quite recent. We provide a starter supply of toilet tissue, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, paper towel and soap, however, our homes (and virtually all vacation homes) are self catering, so yes, for longer stays or for stays with a large number of people, guests will probably need to make a trip to the grocery store. We also provide sufficient number of towels and other linens for the maximum occupancy of the house.

la limpieza del patio avía un poco de pasto en la cocina los sartenes y ollas de cocina estaba sucios tenía grasa pegada y los colchones de las camas requieren un cambio. se siente los resortes de las camas no se puede descansar tuvimos que dormir en la carpeta
