Esta hermosa casa de 6 dormitorios, 4 baños se encuentra a sólo 5 minutos de la I-4 y sólo 6 millas a la salida de Disney. Esta pequeña comunidad pacífica, se encuentra entre un entorno natural magnífico.
Esta casa de planta abierta está completamente equipada con muebles de lujo y está recién pintado. La planta principal tiene un comedor formal, una gran sala que se abre a la terraza de la piscina, un rincón de desayuno y una cocina grande. También hay dos dormitorios en la planta principal. La suite principal tiene una cama king size, televisión de pantalla plana y un baño completo, incluyendo una bañera de hidromasaje, una ducha y dos lavabos. La suite principal también conduce directamente a la cubierta de la piscina! La segunda habitación principal planta tiene una cama de matrimonio y una televisión de pantalla plana, con un baño situado en el pasillo.
Arriba, hay una sala de juegos con una mesa de billar y fooseball mesa. Hay 4 dormitorios más también. Tres habitaciones tienen dos camas individuales y televisores de pantalla plana. El dormitorio final tiene una cama de matrimonio y un televisor de pantalla plana. Hay 2 cuartos de baño completo de 3 piezas en el piso de arriba.
La terraza de la piscina es verdaderamente increíble con adoquines de ladrillo, grande sobre la piscina de tamaño y terraza con un lanai. Hay una piscina climatizada (costo extra) y spa. Sillas de salón y un conjunto de mesa de comedor proporcionan un montón de espacio y opciones de asientos.

Tiendas de comestibles, restaurantes, golf todo dentro de 5 minutos y muy cerca de Disney.

Pool heat didnt work during stay. Host was easy to communicate with and sent out techs few times to address pool heat not working and breaker tripping for furnace/ac in house. Game room the pool sticks missing tips and foozeball no room to play. Suggest removing outdoors. 1 sink clogged. Most beds uncomfortable and need new mattresses. Stains on bedding. No bugs. Cleanliness not the best but not bad. Could use more attention to vaccume and dust. Found food in bedroom dresser at checkin. Location/area was great with quick access to food, stores, attractions. Overall house listing matched, just few minor updates to beds could be used and wish pool heat worked. Communication was good with host for any repairs needed and checkin process.

The size of the house and the space for everyone was great. Everyone complained about their beds. My husband and I had the master downstairs and we could feel the mattress springs and the bed was concaved. The TVs in the house were small. The bedding on the beds were strange. The worst thing about the house was that the owners apparently had control over the nest and the first 2 nights were miserable, then Laura came and we thought she fixed it and then we had another hot night. I never like to leave negative reviews but I feel like there are some things that need to be addressed for future guest. Angie was absolutely amazing and very helpful.

Forth of July family time.

What you see is what you get. Everything looked just like the pics. Everything was clean and well keep. We enjoyed the house and the location near stores was perfect as well. Will definitely book again for our next visit in fl. Thank you for renting your home to my family. Until next time.

Perfect Stay

Big beautiful house fully furnished with everything you need for your trip. The large pool was everyone's favorite with plenty of outside sitting space. The property manager Angie was very responsive everytime I had a question. The pictures of this property doesn't do any justice of what the home looks like.

Pros: Home layout is amazing and beautiful. Great location to many activities. Plenty of room for large families or group vacations.Cons: The pool filter didn't work on our first day. It was fixed immediately onces reported. Beds were not comfortable to sleep on. Dryer is old and also had something sticky inside that we needed to clean before using. There were stains on carpets in a cpl bedrooms. stcarpets

Home away from home

Don’t be fooled by the pictures, the house looks 10x better in person. I hope that they update the pictures. For the most part, my family had no complaints about the house, but we did wish that all of the TVs were decent size and I first aide kit was available however, the house was CLEAN beautiful floors, blankets, towels, a lot of dishes, more. Also, the person of contact Ms. Angie, was readily available to assist every-time I messaged her. Overall, We had a decent experience. We will be back!

Great property. Gated entry. No bugs/insects inside. Heated pool was awesome. Had some cosmetic issues inside. Traffic into area and out was really bad in the mornings due to construction. Even traveling around the area was terrible (has nothing to do with property).

My family and I loved this house! Nice pool, great location, big bathrooms, comfy beds. We were even able to use the washer and dryer. Property Managers were very responsive.

It’s a nice place to stay.

Only complaint was that the pool had leaves in it. The lanai needs to be fixed and the lights around the pool did not work. The house is beautiful the rugs need a little spot cleaning. Need new sheets etc. Angie was outstanding with trying to meet our requests. Would use her property again.

The only thing was we paid for pool heat and it wasn’t on when we arrived and they had to fix it which took 2 days. Our pool wasn’t heated until 2 days prior to leaving. Other than that the house accommodations was perfect

Roach Motel

Pictures are old. House has a lot of unfinished patch work on walls, beds are very loud and uncomfortable. Shower head had a lot of mold. My biggest problem was roaches all over the 1st floor. They supposedly sent an exterminator but next day they where coming out behind the water heater in the garage. My family had to leave lights on for fear that they would come out. We had to make sure all food was put away beacuse even during day a few would come out. Would never rent there again and much less recommended.

Not a pleasant experience

Property didn't live up to our expectations. The property is big and spacious however room furnishing needs a serious up grade! The beds were horribly noisy and uncomfortable. The home not cleaned!! Dished were found in the baker with food still in them!! The linens in two of the bedrooms were dirty so we did laundry of all at 3am before we slept. The blinds in the living room are broken and missing pieces so that was a privacy issue for us as well. bathroom toilets downstairs were stained and needed to be cleaned. The place is also infested with roaches!!! We came home three nights to find roaches throughout the kitchen and living room areas. The management team worked quickly when we called about the porch light being out they did not fix it...they upped the voltage on the bulb by the garage so that gave a little light on the porch. Overall I wouldn't recommend this property unless you are certain they got new furniture and exterminated.

Weekend get away

The house was a great size and the the bedrooms were also a nice size, however the beds were super uncomfortable and made noises when you moved and could really be replaced. The pool had sharp edge where the water flowed in from the hot tub, but I arranged for it to be heated and the temperature was really nice the second day. When we went to the grocery store it was a little overwhelming due to the high volume of other rentals in the area and the shelves were kinda empty. The managment company was super responsive and I appreciated that from a customer service standpoint.

Overall I enjoyed myself.

The property is little outdated. It can use a deep cleaning like the walls and the cabinets. The house have old furniture in the garage and other areas that really need to be removed. I have stayed in several other properties and this the first one that didn’t have enough pots and pans for use. Some of the balls for the pool table was missing but we used it any way. The chairs for the dinette set need to be cleaned and the rugs in the house need cleaning. Maybe get rid of the carpet entirely in the living space and use throw rugs. The layout of the house is beautiful. It just need some more TLC. And again having old and broken furniture and electronics make the house feel uncared for. Also, the stove didn’t seem to work that well but we was able to use it. The house have great potential but it need more attention.

Memorial Day weekend

The property was in a nice location, it’s just a few things that could have been better. The full bed upstairs in the joining bathroom bed should be replaced. It was truly uncomfortable to sleep in, all of the pillows on each bed should be replaced as well. The pool was truly dirty as to where there was a few screens missing, so when we arrived in order for my kids to be able to get in the pool. I had to cleaning it many many times. There was 1 room without a tv, the TVs were about 13in it seem way to small if your renting a house for a weekend. The tv in 1 of the twins rooms didn’t work at all.
