➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest`s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Guests will have access to the entire home, except for the casita and garage. Please feel free to make yourself at home.

➤ Free driveway parking and street parking are available for your convenience.

The area is family-friendly and walkable, with nearby grocery stores, coffee shops, and parks. Whether you`re here for leisure, golf, or a desert escape, this central Scottsdale location puts you close to everything the Valley has to offer—while still offering a quiet retreat at the end of the day.

➤ Unfortunately, I can`t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.

1. No pets are allowed due to serious family allergies. Please do not bring any animals into the property.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary, so I can effectively prepare for the next guests.

6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per each additional half-hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Any extension requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled checkout time will incur a $50 fee.
