Step into this contemporary condo, professionally designed with stylish finishes and curated furnishings. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom space comfortably sleeps 6 guests and features an inviting living area perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances for easy, home-cooked meals, while the in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience. Perfect for longer stays or getting ready for a night on the town, this unit is designed for comfort and convenience.

This modern, design-forward condo offers the same high-end finishes and curated furnishings as Unit #301. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The bright and welcoming living area is perfect for unwinding, and the fully stocked kitchen ensures you have everything you need to dine in. The in-unit washer and dryer provide added convenience for guests staying longer or preparing for an evening out.
Looking for more space? The Heights condos are located steps from one another and can be rented together to accommodate larger groups.

You might get stuck in traffic behind party bikes called Pedal Taverns, but you're more likely to cheer them on than get road rage because having fun is part of the culture in Nashville.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- Guests must climb three flights of stairs to access these units. This property may not be suitable for individuals with mobility limitations.
Parking Details:
- 2 cars are allowed per unit.
- Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in front of the building or to the right as you enter the complex.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
