Enjoy three comfy bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a living area with a 50-inch Smart TV. Steps from the pool and white sandy beaches, it's perfect for families. The screened patio offers a relaxing view of the pool, enhancing your peaceful retreat.
Master bedroom: King-sized bed, chest with plenty of storage, and en-suite with large bathtub and shower combo. A smart TV for you to stream your favorite apps.
Guest bedroom 2: King-sized bed and chest with plenty of storage. A smart TV for you to stream your favorite apps.
Guest bedroom 3: 2 Queen-sized beds, 2 Twin beds, and a chest with plenty of storage. A smart TV for you to stream your favorite apps.

This open floor concept features a large Gourmet kitchen with plenty of space for meal prep and cooking. There is also a separate dining area with seating for 6 where you can enjoy your meal with your family. The family room has new furniture and a 50-inch smart TV where you can stream your favorite apps.
Relax on the screened-in porch and enjoy the breeze and the sounds of nature at your own private paradise with plenty of seating available. Outdoor grill and equipment available for use.
The resort-style amenities at Rookery III include access to two pools, a hot tub, public beach access, and a clubhouse. One pool is a stunning zero-entry freeform pool, situated directly adjacent to the clubhouse. Next to the pool is a brand new 8-person hot tub to relax after a day at the beach. The clubhouse offers on-site restrooms with some arcade games. This pool offers plenty of room to lounge in the beach chairs or go for a swim.
The beach is located a short 1/2 mile from the cottage. Alternatively, golf carts are available for rent from Looks Good From Here Gulf Karts, or Island Carts, LLC., and are an efficient and fun way to cruise to the beach or around the neighborhood.
