Our kitchen is thoughtfully designed with long-term guests in mind, making it easy to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay. You’ll find everything you need for daily cooking, including:

• Cutting boards
• Can openers
• Blenders
• Cookie trays
• Seasonings
• Measuring cups

Whether you’re meal prepping or just whipping up a quick snack, this fully stocked kitchen has you covered. You’ll have clearly labeled drawers in both the fridge and pantry—each numbered to match your room for easy identification. Watch your favorite cooking show with our in kitchen TV.

Please help keep the kitchen tidy by washing any dishes you use and wiping down the counters. If the trash is full, we appreciate your help taking it out to the curb. Extra trash bags are available in labeled kitchen drawers.

All pots, pans, cups, bowls, plates, and cutting boards are stored in the cabinets marked “Cups/Bowls/Plates/Pots/Pans.”

The Bathroom

There are 2.5 baths on the property for you to enjoy. One inside the master bedroom, one full bath in the hallway between bedrooms 2&3 and another half bath inside the second living room area downstairs.
• Cleaning supplies and gloves are located under the sink for your convenience.

The computer is available for use during your stay —perfect for college students, remote workers, or homeschooling families.

Please:
• Do not save files directly to the PC—use a USB drive
• No eating or drinking at the computer desk

This home is nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just off a back road, offering added privacy with no houses directly across the street. A gas station and convenience store are just 0.2 miles away—ideal for a quick walk to grab essentials.

Transportation

You’ll find a MARTA bus stop conveniently located at the corner near the store, and the highway is less than a mile away for easy commuting.

Only a 5-minute drive brings you to one of the area’s newest shopping plazas, featuring Walmart, Dollar Tree, a beauty supply store, several dining options, and even a local event space.

Please note: A train runs through the area multiple times a day, which may cause brief noise for a few seconds.
