My husband and I have two amazing boys that made us a very busy soccer family. We made so many memories in Fenwick over the years at our prior Fenwick home not too far from here. We entered into a stage of life that had us on the road with soccer and unable to spend a lot of time in Fenwick. This allowed us to share that first home with other families for years on VRBO. We built a fabulous guest list of loyal repeat families over the 10 years we owned that. This past year it was time to return to Fenwick and felt so good to be back. We enjoy every minute we can but with seasonal businesses, we can share our Fenwick home with families to come to relax and make memories with friends and family once again.

This neighborhood nestled by the bay win West Fenwick is a small gated community of 28 single family homes close to all that the beach areas have to offer. Conveniently located just off of Rt. 54 less than 2 miles to the beach, our location offers the quiet for relaxation, but easy access to beach, water, and boardwalk attractions. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance if you don't feel like getting back into the car! The home has a fully fenced in back yard with 3 levels of outdoor living, 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 seperate spacious living areas, gormet kitchen, and all the comforts of home you will need to relax and enjoy. Our guests have access to the private community pool just a few houses away.
