Absolutely loved this place! Great for kids, clean, gorgeous view. Just a short drive to water park and board walk. Really hope to come back here next year!

It makes sense that Brandon is a Premiere Host. His condo was beautiful, clean and modern. Lots of amenities at the Sea Watch including two pools, an exercise room, a movie theater, tennis and pickleball courts. We had a very nice stay. Exceptional service! Thank you.

Great condo

Second stay at this condo at Seawatch. We have been coming to Seawatch for years, and this is one of our favorite condos. The view, the closest to the elevators, the furnishings, etc., were all great. We will be back again next year.

Beautiful condo

Condo is beautifully decorated and at a great location, The Sea Watch. Communication with the owner was wonderful. He was in touch before, during, and after our visit. We highly recommend Unit 1103.

What a wonderful property and location. I would high recommend this place especially if you are traveling with small kids. The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. The host was so easy to work with as well. I will be going back again that’s for sure!

We didn't have the best weather. But it was still a very relaxing and comfortable for my mother and I. There are some tame/friendly squirrels in the parking lot, if your lucky enough you'll meet one when you check in at the gate. It was just the 2 of us and the unit was open and clean and a little bit of everything you'd need for vacation! They have USB installed behind your side table in your bedroom excellent for convenience. They had movies at the movie theater downstairs in the building! The view from the room gives you direct ocean views Amazing able to sleep to the sound of the ocean waves! It's just so soothing to just see the waves and feel the sea breeze We will definitely be returning to this place next year! It was wonderful

Our stay was fantastic! Check in was a breeze, and the condo was modern, comfortable and clean. The smart TVs, Keurig, and high speed Wi-Fi made us feel right at home. We loved the facilities at the Sea Watch, my kids especially loved the three pools and went "pool hopping" frequently. Everyone was extremely friendly and kind. The condo was basically across the street from the grocery store, and we took advantage of the full kitchen by eating in most nights. Brandon was very prompt in his messages, my husband broke the toilet seat (whoops!) and Brandon had it fixed almost immediately. Thank you, Brandon and Christina!

Nice family vacation

Very Clean and great Ocean View and access to beach .Condo looked well taken care of. Owner was always available for problems or questions and was very pleasant . There were six of us staying there and condo seemed a little small for us at times . Would have liked to have a little more furniture in living area. I would have liked to have a towel bar in the master bathroom shower as there was nothing there to hold onto . but I would not hesitate to book it again.

Family Vacation

Great place and location

We had a great stay! A very relaxing atmosphere and so close to everything we needed. We especially enjoyed evenings on the balcony overlooking the water. Owner was very communicative.

Great vacation

The family had a great time here. The balcony was perfect for watching the sunrise. The rental had everything we needed. Lots of activities close by or within a few minutes. The recommendations for restaurants were great too! Highly recommend!

The perfect stay

Overall for our first experience in Ocean City we picked the perfect spot. The ocean view was our favorite part of the entire stay. We were walking distance to food and shopping across the street and just short drive to the boardwalk. The proximity to the beach was amazing and then the kiddie pool and arcade were great! We traveled with a 2 year old, 5 year old, and an 18 year old and everyone left happy :)

Outstanding Property

We have been traveling to Ocean City, MD for the past over 40 years, and this, by far, has been the finest rental property. It was clean, recently renovated, fabulous location within the complex, and a wonderful building with amenities for every age. The property owners were extremely communicative. Fabulous experience!

Lovely Weekend Away

The property was comfortable and fit our family of 5 perfectly. It was a short trip to the beach and walkable to shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately several of the Sea Watch amenities were closed r/t Covid. Brandon was wonderful to work with, perfectly responsive.

Great Condo and Great Experience

The condo was clean. Linens were available upon arrival and the owner's communication was proactive and appreciated. The condo is located close to the elevator so very convenient with two little ones. We enjoyed the condo and were very happy with our choice. The property is great for families. Lot's to do. The playground was great as well. We would stay here again if we return.

Everything was great!

The place was very clean and had updated bathrooms and kitchen. All the beds/rooms were perfect for our family of 5. We had a really fun time going out to the beach and boardwalk but also really enjoyed relaxing at our place on the couch and on the balcony. The view was beautiful! My kids loved having a tv in their room and it was nice to be able to easily log in to our steaming devices. The owners communicated well and we had a great time!

Best yet!

We have stayed at SeaWatch for two years now and this is definitely the best unit so far. We would love to come back! Communication was fantastic and we even were able to check in early. The unit is updated and meticulously maintained. Everyone was comfortable with the space. I especially loved the outdoor dining table and the fact linens are included. Thank you!

Well appointed and maintained. Very stylish and comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of space to eat and relax together both inside and on the balcony. The views are amazing as you can see miles and miles of ocean without buildings in the way. The unit is third from the ocean so you can hear the waves more than the road.The appliances are new and the oven has an air fryer built in. There is plenty of dishware and silverware. We were provided with two dish towels, which was perfect for our stay.The washer and dryer work well. We didn't end up using our dryer sheets because there are dryer balls in there already. The tub and shower were nice to use and very clean. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. The bedrooms have ample drawer space and some hangers were provided. Each room has a TV with Roku. One standing fan was provided, but if you're like me and need lots of air or noise, you might want to bring an extra. The central air worked very well, however. We were never too hot or cold.There is a basic list of tasks to complete at check out, but nothing time consuming or difficult.The owners are very responsive and kind. They checked in with us to ensure we had what we needed and were quick to respond when we had questions.Absolutely would stay here again!

Seawatch 1103 review

The property itself is very nice, the owners were organized and available to answer any questions and the location is excellent. The only thing that could use a little more attention is the tennis court lighting and the pool access, which I would think would be from the property management company. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay. Thank you.

We love being steps from the beach and the breathtaking views from the balcony. Whether it be sunrises over the Ocean, sunsets over the bay or fireworks from North side park during the Summer we love them all. We also love all the family friendly amenities the Sea Watch has to offer!

The Sea Watch complex includes a Movie Theater with multiple showing each day. It also includes an indoor pool, fitness room and a sauna for year around enjoyment.
