Stationary 33' RV . older with character, refurbished.
(Class A, with two slides).
Short term. Temporary. Two week max stay please.

One bedroom with queen bed, one bathroom, cozy living room. Comfortable and private. Stocked with essentials, just bring your clothes. Air conditioning, heating and utilities included.

Kitchen has dishes, glasses, flatware, mugs. Portable Induction Cooktop with two burners, (no oven), small appliances (coffee maker, mini crock pot, toaster, blender).
TV on "guest mode" with ROKU
We are all electric, no propane.

Laundry use available on request. No extra charge.
This beautiful semi rural acre is loaded with peaceful views, gardens, mini farm vibe and is a Certified Wildlife Sanctuary.
Located on a hill overlooking the community of Eden Valley, ocean breezes and amazing sunsets.

Parking for one vehicle. Lots of area inside and outside RV for storage during your visit.

North County San Diego. 30 minutes to San Diego attractions , Temecula Wine Country, Camp Pendleton and the beaches.
10 minute drive to San Marcos State University. Easy freeway access to state highway 78 and Interstate 15.
Ideal location for professionals in the medical field. Located near Palomar Hospital, Kaiser, Tri-City, Scripps.

Pets not allowed. Except Service Dogs, required by law.

Unsuitable for children as we are unfenced with farm equipment and implements on property.

Clean, cozy, and charming! Came for a quick last minute work trip and this was the perfect spot to relax in after work each night. This little spot has everything you need! Highly recommend!

Host was very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and communicated very well. The RV was clean, well stocked with paper products and pantry staples, and comfortable in a variety of temperatures. Highly recommend!

Lauren was a model guest. Left the RV in excellent condition. As usual, we rarely run into our guest even tho we are in the property but Lauren and I had been communicating since her booking a few weeks ago about cool places to go and hiking trails. Felt we had met in person!! Would definitely rent to her again.

Jason and Jen were model guests. Following all the guest rules and leaving the RV in excellent condition. My husband was able to chat with them and show off his tractors and our garden. Would rent to them again.

The stay was even better than expected. The RV is roomier than we anticipated, very clean, comfortable and warm bed. The property itself is beautiful. The garden and gazebo are beautiful and a great spot to have a cup of coffee in the morning. Dianne was very responsive and communicated promptly and kindly. We will book again

So much could be said to describe this place, for the sake of time and space, this was a 2 night leisure trip for solitude and resetting. Very quiet and peaceful for resting, or working, thinking, praying, reading, whatever your vibe. Check out the pictures for detail, and know the hosts thought of everything to provide necessities, and even more thoughtful touches. I'll be back!
Parking is nearby only about 50 or 60 feet away from RV

This place was perfect for me. Just outside San Diego but with the ocean breeze. It was peaceful and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Kitchen and sitting area were both welcoming and cozy. I will definitely stay again.

I was traveling alone as a single female. I felt safe in this RV and property. The host was incredibly welcoming. She responded quickly to any requests or questions. The yard is truly charming. I wish I had more time to just hang out in it. The TV has a Roku so you can access your favorite streaming apps. There were two little heaters, but boy were they effective! I was even hot after running them. The RV was in great condition. It was a really fun experience!

Charissa was a polite and accommodating guest. We had a RV repairman scheduled for noon the day she was leaving and he arrived at 11pm. Charissa was kind enough to leave a couple minutes early so the repairman could complete his task. We definitely giving Charissa five stars and would rent to her again.

This is my first experience with a VRBO. I was trying to save some money. Soon after arrival I contacted the host through VRBO message system to let her know the trash wasn't taken out. Later on, I hadn't found her WiFi network name given to me by email. She responded by giving her personal number stating she'd prefer that contact method and guided me to a note in the kitchen with the info. The emailed information conflicted with her note. I left for an appointment and the key provided didn't lock the door. The stationary RV was not cleaned well. There was an unpleasant odor throughout. Water pressure was very low in both the kitchen and the bathroom. Coffee maker filter and lid had brown film on it, so I cleaned it before use. Cellar spiders and webbing at both sides of the bed. Dust impacted within the wood weave of bedframe beneath the mattress. A lot of dust in shelves above bed. Two spiders had crawled across bedroom ceiling. The 2nd night of my stay I abandoned the idea of staying in the bedroom, then slept on the couch. Hair and urine was on the back of the toilet where the toilet seat attaches. Bathroom faucet stained and mucky. I asked another person for advice about whether I could do anything about my disappointment and was told I should try to talk about it with the host. The host's response started with. "I had a feeling you would leave a bad review..." What?! I am leaving this review even though the host made it clear she will retaliate. No more VRBO!

We have been in Escondido for over 50 years. We have always had a "open door" policy with family and friends. We have hosted foreign exchange students, out of town family/friends and were foster parents to over 20 Native Am children over the years. We have hosted folk music events and had a folk school with classes and events before 2020. In a nutshell, we enjoy providing Humans with a quiet, safe and enjoyable place to be.
We have 5 grown children, 13 grands (another on the way) and 4 great grands (and another on the way).
I am a enrolled Lakota tribal member and artist. Jim is a Iowa farmboy who collects tractors, enjoys Dutch Over cooking and folk music.
We grow most of our vegis and herbs. I freeze, ferment, can, pickle and dehydrate our harvests. Yes, we are Boomers.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

When we moved here 15 years ago, we fell in love with the land, the view and the old farmhouse. There are now developments on either end of our valley, but our area of the valley itself remains tranquil and serene.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Definitely our old 1935 farmhouse. We have a cellar, are on a rock foundation and I have a sunporch art studio where I create Native Am dolls, jewelry and Horse Dance Sticks. Our property is on a old village site for the local Payómkawichum and Kumeyaay indigenous people. We still love it and hope to live our lives out here.
