Located on the peaceful west end of Santa Rosa Beach, this spacious five bedroom, four and a half bath home sits just 0.6 miles from Ed Walline Public Beach Access. With room for up to 12 guests, it’s a great spot for families or friends looking to enjoy sun filled days and laid back nights near the Gulf. Hop on the complimentary six seater golf cart to explore nearby attractions like Gulf Place Town Center, where you’ll find local dining, live music, and boutique shopping.

Inside, the home is designed for comfort and connection. The main living area features plush seating, a large TV, and natural light streaming through glass doors that open to your private heated pool, perfect for afternoon dips or lounging. The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances and essentials like a blender, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. The oversized island seats six and is perfect for snacks or drinks. The dining table is ideal for shared meals or game nights. Also on the main level: a king suite with private bath, plus a laundry room and half bath for added ease.

For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Beautiful house, not clean. Dirty socks in two different rooms, dried up dead frog under the kitchen island, dirty pool that we paid extra to have heated. When they say they provide the basics, they take it to a whole new level. You’re allotted one roll of single ply TP per bathroom. No extra sheets. Two of the master bedroom pillows had no pillow cases and were dirty. Minimal towels and washcloths in the bathrooms. They do not even supply salt and pepper. When I inquired about it, they said it was clear in the listing they only provide basics. Be warned, this place is bare bones. You’d get more basics at a Hampton Inn. We also had trouble with the breaker for the master bedroom and bathroom constantly tripping off. We were without power in both rooms one full night. And also, the listing was wrong and after booking and paying they advised that the home did NOT come with 4 bikes as advertised and there was nothing they could do about it other than a coupon for 2 bikes. It’s obvious they do not care about details and the things that make visitors want to book again. Next time I will book with Oversee as before, who are fantastic to work with and put a lot of care into their properties. I did bring all these things to the attention of Bemchmark. The pool was cleaned on day 3, a maintenance man tried to fix the electric problem (we thought it was fixed until checkout when it tripped again), and they brought 2 pillowcases for the master bedroom. No effort was made to clean.

When these concerns were brought to our attention, we responded by arranging for the pool to be serviced, dispatching a maintenance technician to address the electrical issue, and delivering the missing pillowcases. We acknowledge that these efforts did not fully resolve all of your concerns during your stay, and for that we are sorry. Regarding the amenities provided, we strive to accurately represent what is included in each property listing so guests can make informed decisions before booking. While we provide starter supplies and basic essentials as outlined in the listing, we understand that expectations can vary and appreciate your feedback regarding these items. We also regret the confusion regarding the bicycles. As soon as we became aware of the discrepancy, we offered an alternative solution in the form of a bicycle rental credit. We understand this was not the outcome you had hoped for and apologize for the frustration it caused. While we are sorry that your experience fell short of expectations, we appreciate the opportunity to address the issues that were reported during your stay and wish you the very best in your future travels.
