Great stay

It is a big comfortable space. I was there to rest while my family went out so the place was very comfortable for me. We were able to fish off a dock at the property. Would definitely stay again.

It was spacious for a 3 bedroom apartment and comfortable. We liked being by the docks for night and early morning fishing.

We stayed at Las Marinas and loved the Comfiest Family Condo! With 4 teen boys we needed lots of room Big TV's, Lots of dinner Seating! A Fabulous Infinity Pool and Hot tub. 4th floor corner unit awesome Views & Stunner sunsets ,Fireworks Beach & Bay! 4 min drive to Saffire Beach brought Easy up shade & Snacks only a few short steps from water. Great parking, close to Teds yum Breakfast Pecan Pancakes,Blackbeard's cooking fresh Red Snapper & Cinema. Can't get a better Deal!

Gorgeous views

This condo has gorgeous views of sunrise and sunset without having to leave! The pool and hot tub at the building are fantastic and rivals high-end resorts. We had a lovely time.

Good vs Bad

Ok so where do I start? Place was not available until 6 but they compensated us for that. We discovered a small roach but they fumigated …the oven stopped working but Promptly came out. So Moral of the story is that issues were resolved immediately and pool area was great;)

It was just ok

The place needed some cleaning, bug spray and a better dining room table. The table is where we like to gather for dining and playing family games. The table was warped. The vents were very dirty and we had a few bugs. The view was nice, but not worth the extra money. I found out by another client that we paid extremely more than they did on the first floor. We did love South Padre Island.

Comfortable stay that falls short of excellence

Comfortable stay for a Family of 7 just a few blocks away from the Sapphire entrance, which was a remarkably quiet part of the beach. Not too many people to be concerned about and most were families. This is a spacious property that was very comfortable for us. The room needs a little TLC with rust in the bathtubs, fridge, and grill as well as scratches on the walls and some of the cabinet surfaces pealing. 2 of the cables boxes weren’t working properly but it didn’t much matter to us. The main bedrooms AC duct isn’t well balanced so it gets pretty hot and the lights from outdoors keep the room bright at night. For some odd reason the beds, which are on a raised platform also had box springs. It made it very difficult for my aging parents to get in and out of bed. There also wasn’t a comforter for the pull out sofa bed. Make sure you bring blankets and your pillows. Our last evening the batteries died on the thermostat. That turned the AC off and I woke up in the middle of the night because the apartment was hot (82 degrees). I used the batteries from the TV remotes to replace them since I couldn’t find any replacements at 3am. The building needs some care, there are broken tiles in the stairs and broken tiles in the pool. The men’s urinal was broken in the pool area. The spa and pool however were remarkably clean. We would hit the pool after the beach and the outdoor showers were perfect with nice comfy pool to relax in after the chilly beach water. It’s also close to Blue Marlin Market, which was convenient for us since it meant not having to go far to get essential groceries.

Wonderful getaway

This is the best unit in this great building. Las Marias has a fantastic pool and hot tub. The building and the grounds are well maintained. There are docks for your boat, kayaks or SUPs. This particular unit was clean and had all the basic stuff. It is a bit tired and could use some updating. The views from the balconies are super! We have already booked for our next trip.

Great condo with boat slip

This is a great unit in a very nice condominium. If you are looking for a place to stay where you can take your boat and have it in a secure wet slip at no additional charge, this is a great accommodation. The condo is roomy and clean with three bedrooms plus the extra living room area. We had a great stay.

Awesome!

Birthday getaway with my husband. It was perfect for docking our boat. We had a designated boat slip. The place was nicely decorated. There were minor issues with the condo, such as the kitchen table was warped and one of the balcony chairs was broken. Overall this was an excellent condo, it's family oriented
