Definitivamente disfrutarás de este condominio de colores brillantes con detalles maravillosos! Recién pintado hace varios años. Hay una cama tamaño queen en cada una de las habitaciones, así como un nuevo sofá cama tamaño queen. El propietario ha proporcionado un estudio maravilloso y una sala de estar para pasar el rato. El propietario ama su condominio y definitivamente se puede decir por los detalles! ¡Los techos de 10 pies y las puertas de 8 pies te hacen sentir como si estuvieras viviendo con estilo! Las encimeras de granito y los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable harán que cocinar en casa sea un placer si decide quedarse por una noche.

Usted está ubicado en el primer piso, a pasos de su bota privada y la piscina. Puede sentarse en su balcón privado y disfrutar de la piscina infinita con vista al puerto deportivo. Great location, especially if you own a boat and like to fish. Being able to pull right up to the dock was a plus! I didn’t agree with the 30 per person wristband to pay for security on the property especially since our boat trailer spare tire (it had a lock that they busted) was stolen on the last night we were there. Other than that, it was great!

Great place to stay!

This was such a great experience for me and my daughter. The condo was lovely and the location was great. I like to stay at the north end of the island, which this was. I would stay here again for sure!

Great family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Las Marinas, the condo was great, clean, staff was very helpful! Our only issue was there were a few roaches on the kitchen counter, apparently they came up from the drain.

Great Place! Great Value

My wife and I have stayed at Vrbo properties before. This one, this was the best value and biggest property we've enjoyed. It may have been an off-season stay, but it was a great time. The pictures in the profile are not as good as they are in person. Some were outdated. The kitchen was huge. It is at the far end of So. Padre Blvd, but it is an easy travel to any other part of the island or the area beyond the strip. Stay, you'll truly enjoy it.

Spacious condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo in quiet location. Definitely figure out how to bring a boat with you because dock is included in your stay. The pool and hot tub are crystal clean. The condo is quite lovely and actually has an additional sitting room that I’m guessing was the pull out sofa. The one downside to our stay was housekeeping had overlooked quite a bit, however management was very responsive and had someone out there quickly to take care of the things I had mentioned on the phone (change bed linens and take out the trash). The rest we either took care of ourselves or blew off to beach life.

Theyre not right on the beach but theyre cheaper, still super close and its very peaceful on this bay side. I do love this building and have loved all three condos that I have stayed in here. I have always had excellent customer service with this company! Ill always use them cause ive had some bad experiences with others.This condo in particular had nice linens,every kitchen utensil youd ever need and the furniture was not all cheaply made like some rentals are. The bed was great and the TV and cable worked. Also the showers were great and good water pressure. No complaints about this condo other than its so dang bright in the morning but thats a personal preference. Its right next door to the pool.we loved it!

Great Place To Stay

The condo was clean, spacious, and has a great location. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool/hot tub/covered area was clean. The beds are comfortable. Public Beach access is close by. You can fish right out back. The cleaning staff even went the extra mile and made cute little animals out of the towels. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay

Reviewer Comments: This unit is perfect it has a washer and dryer in it right out the back deck you just walk over to the pool and hot tub and the layout of the unit is perfect. We love it here. Melissa Smallman is the property manager and she does such a good job she’s very attentive and knowledgeable. There’s a friend looking for people to meet down at the pool and sit and talk smarts and the guys have a beer. It’s just a quiet nice place to be. Located in the northern end of the island it’s quiet and there isn’t as much traffic.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay while staying in this condo. The six of us had plenty of room for our own space and comfort. The management , area, and property was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful family vacation!

Melissa was excellent and super friendly assisting us with the property. Shared lots of great info with us. The canal right off the patio was nice and convenient for lots of fun fishing, as well as the pool being right there. The adults could cook or prepare meals whiles kids fished and swam while they were still in close proximity and adult supervision. We did the Sunset Horse ride that was super fun and beautiful views. We visited Tequila Sunset and The Painted Marlin for nice views, yummy food and drinks. Enjoyed Sand Camp and learned lots of excellent tips on how to build a proper sand castle. The fireworks on the bay one evening were beautiful. The walk from the condo to the beach was short and convenient with our wagon filled with all of our stuff. The beach was clean, not crowded, and the water was just right! Further down, the beaches were crowded but entering directly straight across from the condo was perfect. Further down also in one direction had tons of shells which was nice for collecting shells, but not hanging out on the beach, so again we were pleased with our location. The condo was spacial and nice. We will visit again.
