Wonderfully comfortable home!

The house is wonderfully comfortable and was perfectly located for what we needed. The house had an iron and ironing board (which for me was great). There was also a coffee maker AND coffee with filters. It was a small surprise that made my day. Beds were great and air flow was good as well. Overall I would definitely recommend this home for a comfortable stay!

Clean 2 bed 1.5 bath we had 4 people stay and managed missed 2nd shower. Host very prompt in getting back and checking in on us very pleasant experience.

Decent place

Decent place. Not terribly dirty but also not perfectly clean. Seriously lacking in dishes. Didn’t leave a key for us to be able to dead bolt the door. Served its purpose but that’s about it.

This property was perfect for our needs. Well equipped, TV in bedroom and living room a plus included WiFi. Conveniently located to grocery and many other stores and restaurants. Plus only a 15 minute drive to Lake Chicamauga Home owner was very easy to reach and response was quick We would stay again

Adequate accomodations

The unit was comfortable. Could use some updating and fresh paint but for the price we found the rental satisfactory. Parking is tight and unit is near busy roads so traffic can be heard at night. Nothing negative that would prevent us from staying there again when in the area. Thank you for the accomodations.

Nice townhouse property on the outskirts of Cleveland. Lasantha was very responsive and the rental was a good, comfortable fit for 4 of us.

Excellent value

This property was a excellent value. Hard to beat this for the money. As someone else said, it was dusty. The bathrooms, kitchen, and linens were clean! The manager was very responsive and nice. Parking is very tight as it's shared with 4 apartments. We would certainly stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Magnolia Place. The home was nice and clean, and beds were comfy. Try to consolidate parking to one car, as there isn’t a lot of parking. We would recommend extra towels, pillows, blankets, bowls (for breakfast), a pack-n-play (for families) and a pizza cutter for guests. All other kitchen amenities were included, which was nice. Would definitely stay here again. Great stay!

Central location

Rented for a weekend to visit our daughter. Centeral location to college, dinning, churches etc. was a nice change from a hotel. Arrived in the dark and raining so difficult to find seeing there were a lot of the same apartment complexes and minimal lighting. Owner was prompt to answer our questions upon arrival. Down side limited parking and the treamill key was missing so it didn’t work, owner answered question about that promptly also and was told she will try to replace it. Did drive to the YMCA and run their outdoor trail before the rain hit again. Found myself cleaning doors and ceiling fan very dusty. Needs a little TLC as far as dust and the usual wiping down doors etc. but all in all we would stay here again.

We were very happy with our experience at this lovely townhome. It is more difficult to find at night but can be remedied by arriving earlier, right? We had no trouble accessing the home. It was fresh and clean and neatly decorated. The kitchen had enough equipment for our needs, minimal for 2 days and eating out. Everything worked and we had no trouble accessing the wi-fi. We were in town to attend a concert at Lee University that our daughter was singing in. The apartment was a convenient place to gather and visit between events and share simple family meals. It was ideal to have 2 bedrooms and two toilets, as my son and my mother were traveling with us. My son slept downstairs on a blow up mattress we brought with us, and it was cooler downstairs and we could have used an extra blanket (we brought sheets but no blanket). That was the only thing we looked for that was not available. We give the Magnolia 5 stars in our overall experience and will check it’s availability next time we are in town.

Overall good

While we were overall satisfied with our stay - especially for the good price - it was missing a few things, such as: no chair (only 2 low sofas) & no ESPN. The two beds were very comfortable & the home was clean & attractive. We would stay there again.. The owners seemed very eager to help and to receive our suggestions, so they may provide those lacking things in the future.

liked The place very well, and would not hesitate to rebook in the future. Very clean and adequate

The place had a few things that could be improved upon. There was no paring knife , no light over the sink , and the 1/2 bath toilet did not flush properly every time ( the fluid master valve was sticking) . Overall the accommodations were quite adequate and I would definitely rebook the place if visiting in the area in the future. The outside front porch area could use a reconditioning for a better appearance
