Enjoy the privacy of this location in a beautifully remodeled 5th wheel with all the perks of home. Get cozy indoors or enjoy an evening under the stars by the fire. Glamping at it's finest.

Indoor & outdoor kitchens & tvs; horseshoe pit & other outdoor games.

No pets allowed as we have livestock guardian dogs on duty that could put your pets in danger.

Please be aware that if you smoke, our place is not the right fit. We have a zero smokers policy - not just no smoking in the camper or on our property, but no smokers period. The smoke smell gets on everything and is too difficult to get out. This includes e-cigarettes, vaping, cigars & smoking of any kind.

Very nice, our host was great and loved the way it is so private and secure. A little warm during the day because of full sun , but we were out and about most days. Comfortable bed and many options for outdoor activities.

We enjoyed hosting Mike and his family. We have guest that come for all sorts of reason but the best for us is when guest come to just hang out relax and enjoy the amenities of the campsite. We would have Mike and his family back anytime.

Great stay!

Great, stay! The RV was perfect and just as expected. The hosting family is wonderful and offered fresh eggs and vegetables for visitors. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here.

Such a quiet and peaceful place to stay. Very nice hosts who have a lovely property. It was nicely appointed, well stocked and comfortable! Our stay was short but hope to return next year

Melanie, Aaron and their kids are great. This is wonderful, secluded property. I can't say enough good things. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend staying here.

Peaceful and Quiet

Great setup…everything you need and then some! Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the space. Bed was super comfy!!! Hosts were more than gracious and so fun to get to know. Definitely will stay here again!

Perfect getaway

We couldn’t have picked a better place to disconnect from the hustle of life and reconnect as a family. Everything was thought of when setting this place up! We will definitely this summer!

We really enjoyed hosting Ryan and his family. We got to hang out with them a bit their first night here while our kids played together. They were very clean and treated our home like it was their own. We would love to host them again anytime!

Perfect/ Can’t wait to return

This well maintained 5th wheel camper, set in a beautiful, private area was the perfect place for us to stay. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming. The camper was meticulously clean and stocked with all amenities needed. Although we didn’t use the outside fire pit area, it is set up nicely and plenty of firewood was available. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Tennessee.

Such an amazing place

The property was very beautiful and very well kept. We could not have asked for better owners. They are the true definition of southern hospitality. We were actually quite bummed we didn’t get to hang out with them more before we left. The beds were comfortable and the camper was well stocked. We certainly do plan to be back again soon!

Stephanie and Brad and their family were so great. We really enjoyed hosting them. Our kids and theirs got to be fast friends and we were able to hang out a bit by the campfire and get to know them more. We like to give our renters all the space and privacy they want, but to be honest, part of why we started as VRBO hosts was to meet the people we host and get to know them some. Stephanie and Brad were exactly what our expectations were of the type of renters we wanted. They were very friendly and respectful. They can come back anytime!

Amazing place

Melanie and Aaron have done an amazing g job with the 5th wheel. It was so nice and spacious for our family of 4 with a visit from our daughter and her fiancé. We enjoyed hanging out outside watching football, grilling out, having a fire and of course s’mores. Melanie provided lots of extras (fresh eggs, roasting sticks, extra blankets, fabulous coffee pot, and a stocked kitchen) to make our stay here fabulous! We can’t wait to go back!

By far the coolest place we’ve ever stayed. Amazing, spacious, THE CLEANEST PLACE EVER, I would legit have eaten off the floor. The owners are the NICEST, so welcoming & friendly. Such a fun family. my only complaint is that our trip wasn’t longer. And now I have to convince my husband to buy me a fifth wheel lol. highly recommend a getaway here !!!

Perfect long weekend base

We were in the area to raft the Ocoee and wanted a private getaway to relax as a family when not on the river. Being outside of Chattanooga but far enough from the packs of bros partying closer to the river, this property was perfectly located for what we wanted. Everything about the listing was as advertised - perfectly spacious for our family with lots of extras. Don’t let the rv aspect trick you; this space is a lot nicer and includes more amenities than most homes we have rented for long weekends. The hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. I highly recommend!

Just the weekend

We needed somewhere to stay for the weekend for our son's soccer tournament and didn't want to stay at a motel. And we weren't able to bring our own camper. This worked perfect! Aaron and Melanie were great host! Walked us through where everything was that we would need and answered any questions. Location was very nice and private, camper was very nice, wood supplied for fire ring, and they were easily accessible when we had a couple of questions after getting there. Wish we would have had some more down time to be able to hang around and get to know them a little more, but our schedule just didn't allow it. Thank y'all for a great stay! I would highly recommend, especially if you are looking for something laid back and away from the crowd, but still close to town.

Tennessee Thanxgiving Getaway

The camper was clean, spacious, & cozy with central heat & four TVs! Beds were comfortable, & the hosts were attentive & accommodating. Much better & cheaper than staying in a hotel!
